On approximately 11/14, I paid horizon plumbing a tad under $4500.00 to fix pipes under my house so I wouldnt have to worry about plumbing issues through the winter. After trashing my bedroom, they neglected to hook up the cold water in my bathroom. They left me with no shower for 9 days.I was assured several times that management would reach out to me but they never did. No attempt at all was made to make this right. Seriously, 9 days with no shower and no apology, no nothing!Horizon Services Response

No one from Horizon has reached out. There has been no communication from them at all. They could not care less that I was left with no shower for 9 days. They disconnected the hear meter that is supposed to keep my pipes from freezing. I believe this was deliberate to cause me to call them back. They also left all the insulation they ripped out and never told us that that would be something to address. It cost me $1210.00 to have someone come fix the mess. During the first time out, (ironically to not have to worry about plumbing issues for the winter) they trashed my bedroom and made no effort to put things back. Horizon has caused me extreme stress and a total of approximately $5610.00. Again, NO ONE from horizon has reached out to me. Apparently they dont care to make this right. Ask yourself how inconvenient it would be for you to not have a shower for 9 days. How angry would you be if this happens after paying a tad under $4500.00 to not have plumbing issues for the winter and then having to pay another $1210.00 to fix the mess and then finding out they left you extremely vulnerable to frozen pipes. What a very, sorry way to treat a senior citizen!Review from Timithy P

Knowledgeable technicians who are thorough when performing services and communicate what they find. Office support staff is very responsive and keeps the customer up to date on when the technician will arrive. I appreciate being provided a photo of the technician beforehand. Very satisfied! Have used Horizon for several years, for HVAC system installation, water heater, and sump pumps, always pleased with the high quality of service and we have confidence in their work. One area where Horizon falls very short is on scheduling for routine tune **** Tune *** must be scheduled several months out, and then - without fail - a few days before the appointment, the scheduling service will call to try to re-book the appointment due to Horizon's chronic "overbooking". This really puts a huge negative **** on what otherwise seems to be a high-quality company, does not make a customer feel valued for the tens of thousands of dollars spent with the company.Horizon Services Response

I highly recommend Horizon for any plumbing needs. I have used them twice. On both occasions they came out to my home within 24 hours. Once for a sewer pipe clog which affected the whole house and once for a clogged kitchen sink. Our first clogs in 33 years ! The technician they sent was fabulous. Professional, knowledgeable and very nice. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The price was good and reasonable. The lady I made the appts with was extremely helpful. Horizon Services is really bad at customer service. Already had the appointment rescheduled twice and 15 mins before arrival, they call me to reschedule for another 2 weeks later. Took a day off from work so I can meet the technician and now they cancelled. They also try to upsell water leaking monitors, valves and filters (which should be part of the maintenance). This used to be a reputable company and have lost faith in them due to lack of service and commitments to clients. I will be looking at their competitors going foward.Horizon Services Response

Horizon Service didn't provide the whole service and lies about their service after purchasing the furnace contract. First of all I just want to settle down the deal but Horizon Service salesman, *****, didn't provide us many options to resolve it. We already purchased their furnace system last December and they said that if we replaced the ** during one year and that will include in our whole contract around $14,000 both of the furnace and the **. But we asked them to come back a few days ago. Their technician, *******, first yelled to us that we cause the problem?? I even didn't mention anything but expect them to provide the better resolution. Last December the Horizon replaced the new furnace, Lennox brand, and left the water leaking monitor on floor. Now my ** is broken due to their water leaking monitor not activating to stop the machine. ********************* his words and said that the furnace is fine but he took many photos against us. But since they installed the new furnace and nobody checked that machine. I totally don't understand why the Horizon left all mess to us?? The new furnace has 10 years' warranty to maintain and repair any problem about this new machine and now they want us to pay more $10,000 (totally we will spend $22,000 for both systems) to install the new **?? I don't understand why the Horizon changes their sayings and kidnap us for the double price to install the new **. If they can't give us the better resolution, the new furnace will die soon because they didn't replace the ** to prevent it in leaking. I really can't spend the other $8000 to replace both the furnace and ** due to the Horizon's fault.Horizon Services Response
