            Filed taxes with business, was suppose to include child on tax return report and never did. Went back to business to get amended, said they would take care of it, business took the folder of original paperwork and has not been returning phone calls for over 3 weeks.

            I was in this tax office in March 2022, to file my 2021 income tax return, Princess G****** is the tax preparer, She filed my income tax return incorrectly, Making PA to withhold my refund. I contacted PA Tax office for my refund, I was asked to send in my Amended tax form because the tax preparer mis-File and I need to send in amended tax form before my refund can be process. Princess G******, asked me to pay NJ back some money which I did, making me pay 2 different taxes in 2 states. I reside in NJ, and I paid both states taxes, none of the states send me any refund because of her mistakes with my PA tax return. I have called Princess G****** several times with no response, I send several emails for over 2 weeks, she only responded 2x and said she will review my file, she never reviewed, or even correct her mistakes on my income tax filling and I have been sending her several email with no response. She will read my mails and just ignore it. As of today, 11/08/22, I contacted PA revenue again for an update, I was asked to inform my tax preparer to re-file my tax due to mis-file and mistakes she made. Princess does not respond to my email or text. I paid Princess for these services and she did a wrong filing with my 2021 income tax return and refused to correct it or send in amended tax form to enable PA revenue send my refund. I have paid for this service and it will be unfair to pay another tax office to correct the mistakes or wrong filing done by her. All what am asking is an Ameded tax return to enable me get my refund back from PA.
