  I signed a contract with Michael Angelo & Sons Construction, On 4/11/22 and executed on 7/19/22, they are now listed as Michael Angelo Concrete Contractor. Their previous address was ************************************************ at the signing of the contract. It now seems to be *************************************************. Their business phone on the contract is ************ which is rarely answered and goes to voicemail. The business number is now listed as ************************************* cell number, Contract signed by *********************************, ********************** cell ************. The contract was for a 41' X 32' concrete slab foundation with blacktop paving in front of the garage and additional parking area. Total cost On April 26, 2023 I took five pieces of clothing to the Zips Cleaners in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Upon returning two days later to pick them up I was only given three because one of my shirts could not be found. I was told that the other two shirts would be ready the next day. I went back and they still they could only find one shirt. The store attendant said he would look for it and call me the next day. We waited for him to call, but he never did. I went back to the store and got the same story, once again he did not call. I called on the phone when he didn't call me back and again he said the same thing. I returned to the store once again to check on the status of my shirts. When I spoke to the attendant he said that the manager was going to look at the camera to see what happened to the shirt and call me that afternoon. That was Tuesday, May 2, 2023 and I have still not heard from the manager or anyone else. I have also sent three messages to the corporate office via their contact portal, to this date no one has responded. It has been almost a month since they lost my shirt and no one has tried to contact me regarding this issue. I have been getting the run around and I need this situation resolved immediately. I have been very patient up until this point and I don't want to delay it any further. Quite simply I want compensation for the lost item and refund of the cleaning cost for the shirt that was lost. The shirt was a recent purchase and it cost me Fifty-five dollars, I know it may not seem like much but I don't have money to just throw away frivolously. While it is just a shirt the company showed great disrespect to its customer by ignoring their complaints. paid 7/18/22, second payment of 15,000 paid 8/5/22, Balance at completion. Concrete slab was constructed at 40' X 25', which subsequently delayed the building of the garage by another company. Michael Angelo CC paid for the rescheduling, restocking and redelivery of building materials for a later date. Correction of foundation wasn't corrected until 12/22. Blacktop was delayed until spring because of the delay. Skim coating of foundation and debris clean up wasn't completed until 3/23. There has been no black top work in either area and no communication. I have not paid the final payment. After numerous conversations and communications and false promises, the parking areas and driveway have been excavated and left unfinished. No communication from the company.
