In March 2019, the BBB investigated Topflightfunding, for its business practices. On March 20, 2019, BBB requested background information from the business including any applicable licensing or registration, a permanent physical address for the business, names of all affiliates or partners, information if their investments are insured as well as any guarantees – written or other – for their services.
As of April 10, 2019, the business failed to respond to BBB's request for information.
BBB suggests you read and understand company promotional materials, contracts and disclaimers and check company references prior to doing business. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or the PA Attorney General at 1.800.441.2555.
As a result the BBB does not have a clear understanding of the business.
