I had my vehicle towed here for an accident and they incorrectly billed me. Upon calling on the phone I talked to ******************* and advised him that he put on my billing statement for "Winch-Out: EXTENSIVE" 250$ fee. My car was not stuck in a ditch, sand, or mud. ***** said he does not make those pricing and I have to call ***********************. When I called **** he stated that $250 fee is for the car being pulled onto the flatbed of the towing truck which did not make any sense. Furthermore, they incorrectly charged me an additional fee of $150 for cleaning but there was no debris from the accident. **** said he would refund me back only $150 for the cleaning fee but would not refund me my 250$ for the false winch out service that was never provided! Its a week later and I still have not received my refund or any refund. Please be aware of what you are paying for especially if youre paying out of pocket they tend to add unnecessary fees on your invoice. Make sure you get a detailed receipt that breaks down the pricing. It is a shame that I have to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. ******* did not help out instead he wasn't making the situation better by going back and fourth with me over the phone about my money. If I could've chose where to have have my car towed to, this would have never been the place for me. *** tried to resolve this issue with ******************* and *********************** both of them are rude and *****. I just dont understand how their both mad at me for being mad that I wanted a refund. Im sure this isnt the first complaint and it wont be the last complaint about them. These people are crooks! Robs towing is out here robbing people for their money! There should have been no way that the invoice was a little over $1000 when the vehicle was towed Sunday morning and released the next day Monday morning.

Rob's Automotive & Collision Center, Inc. performs illegal towing at the request of private entities, without permit or authorization from the City/County/Locality. They illegally moved a number of parked cars to other locations, without notice to the owners or notice of where the cars where moved, simply because a private entity was willing to pay them for that service. When confronted, the tow truck driver stated that the City had authorized the towing but provided no permits or authorization from the City. When we contacted the City about any permits related to the towing or the block on which the car was originally parked, the City stated that no such permits were issued and that this was likely an illegal tow otherwise they would have provided a City approved location for where the cars should have been moved to and would then have a record for when car owners call to locate their vehicle. The City and Police were upset about this illegal towing as well given that they are then called and blamed when they cannot help identify the location of cars, which are often then reported as stolen. Note: I would rate Zero stars if possible, but 1 star is needed simply to submit a review. Also wouldn't use this company ever for any towing or other services.
