This company has ran two credit inquiries on me without my consent, filling out an application, or even my acknowledgment that it was going to be done. I have never done any dealings with this company, nor have I filed for credit authorization with them. This company is illegally running credits checks without my approval, authorization or acknowledgment. Please remove the two credit inquiries you ran on me in July of 2023 on the 10th and the 12th. Please stop using my personal information and running credit checks on me. I have not contacted you for anything. Please stop using my personal information altogether.Business response

On August 28, 2023, I was notified that hard credit inquiry was performed by Xactus, LLC, as a miscellaneous inquiry. After researching the company I see that they offer mortgage financing. I have not applied for any mortgage product in the last several years, so I'm not sure why this has occurred. Please advise and remove the hard inquiry from my credit report.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I did not authorize a mortgage loan credit pull. This was for a business loan. In addition, I was told this was supposed to be a soft pull rather than a hard inquiry.
