            Heard positive things about this firm, but upon contacting them I was informed the company does not provide annual HVAC maintenance services in homes located in a ******************* located 8.7 miles from the company. Truly stunning.

            Ive been using Henderson since I moved to PA two years ago and every technician has been respectful and great. Yesterday I got Christian H who was even more head and shoulders above already great experiences. He was so personable and was explaining everything he was checking and why important to the system. I really appreciated it. We take so much for granted but came away with more confidence in the checkup that had just happened. Hes a keeper

            Called Henderson August 20th on kitchen Sink problem and they responded same Day. ***** called ahead and arrived promptly.He found and fixed problem to Our satisfaction. He was very professional and explained work and cost plus answering all our questions. Henderson is now our first call for all future plumbing work!**********

            I have had technicians out to do annual heating and cooling system checks. The technicians Ive worked with are very personable and customer focused. They are able to answer questions, give me advice and a heads up on things to watch out for. They never make me feel like Im not informed or dont know what I am talking about. They take the time to explain things thoroughly in an understandable way. I have always had a great experience with this company.

            Steve was absolutely phenomenal. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and pointed out all the trouble spots in my system (and what they mean). He patiently answered my questions and left me feeing better educated/less anxious. He was personable and on time. I would gladly have him as my technician again. But in all the years (15) I've done business with Henderson (not Horizon), I've had absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend them.
