  Capitol Concrete (Tim M******, owner) began work on our patio in September 2021 and indicated that they would be done by approximately October 21, 2021. Our old patio was removed and they poured footers for a pavilion prior to placing the patio. They then stopped working on the project. They left their wheelbarrows and hand tools at our house and have not been seen since. We understand that Tim typically does not do concrete work in the winter however it is now March and we have left multiple voice messages for him on his cell phone, left a written note on his truck at his business address listed as ******************** Camp Hill, and are having the contractor that referred him to us contact him as well. Also, the manufacturer of our pavilion is going to start charging us $50 a week to store it at their business while we are waiting for our patio to be installed by Tim. We just want Tim to finish the the work required under the contract by the end of March. We have paid him 2 payments of $2,810 at the acceptance of the proposal and after the excavation was completed for a total of $5,620. Once the work is complete, he will receive a final payment of $2,810 as per the contract. He did a good job with our front walk so we hired Tim to do our patio however we have not been able to contact him despite our best efforts.
