We paid for $700 for visiting ******* County Balloon Festival and a Balloon ride during this festival scheduled on Octover 8, 2022. Festival got canceled and company proposed us to have just a Balloon ride. Unfortunately, we agreed. Later on balloon ride was canceled due to weather and this was the end of the season. We requested to return money on multiple occasions and received constant push back. Then when another season started, there was another ******* Country Balloon Festival and we sent the request to Air Ventures, if we can redeem our tickets and never got the response. So in order to get services we paid for, we need to regularly chaise this company and receive constant pushbacks. Could you please help to resolve the issue to make sure no one else has the same experience?Business response
