So I just used my Statefarm Roadside service for fuel delivery as Im sitting on a residential propertys driveway right now. ********* used this company, so I reached out to the phone number provided just for a more updated time so I can let my job know how long I will be late. Just a simple question. Called once, no answer. Twice, someone answered, mumbling but Im not sure if they spoke English because I could barely make out what they grumbled. As Im introducing my situation and was going to get to the reason for my call, he hung up. I called two more times, it goes straight to voicemail. So I called Statefarm. Statefarm called them and Statefarm said they were really upset, and that it will take 40 minutes. I said okay, thank you. I wasnt even mad about it. I just wanted an ***. I ended the call, and then I got a text message saying the provider (Double R Service Llc) can no longer provide my service. Your company does not like doing their job I guess. Find a different profession if picking up phone calls to answer simple questions gets you that angry. Even though it was a small job, it was a simple one. Get me gas. You still get paid by my insurance. Horrible service. If I can give zero stars, I would love to.

Just as he dedicates himself to criticizing where you go or where they assist him. PUT GAS INTO HIS VEHICLE AND LET OTHERS WASTE THEIR TIME. WITH A MERCEDES PRETENDING AND WITHOUT GAS.

WOW. If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would do. The most awful experience. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance, and this is who they sent. I answered the call, said hello and was berated for “putting in the wrong address” without getting a word in and being hung up on. My location was verified by myself, my husband and my insurance provider was able to find the location when I made this request. This company is rude, terrible, and absolutely unprofessional.
