I called Bonus out of a recommendation from a friend as I just started my own small business. They were quick to get me in with *****. He was very informative and polite never once talk over my head when it came to explaining my questions. I left feeling better than ever about my decision to chase the American dream. Bonus Accounting Firm is a costly choice for tax preparation, with rates increasing annually by 10% regardless of the complexity of the work. My husband and I experienced the same error on our taxes for two consecutive years caused by this firms negligence, resulting in penalties and interest charges.When we reported the issue, the firm admitted awareness but stated they were too busy to address it at that time of year. Subsequently, in addition to managing correspondence from tax authorities due to their mistakes, ***** Bonus informed us via email that he was disengaging from us without providing a reason. When I requested clarification, my inquiry was ignored. However, once BBB notified the firm's owner that I had posted a review (a week and a half after I asked for his reasoning), the owner immediately emailed meotherwise, he would have ignored us.This conduct is highly unprofessional, and I would advise caution when considering Bonus Accounting Firm. There are many more reliable alternatives available.Review from Mike J

Bonus accounting has been doing my taxes for about 3 years now and I've had nothing but excellent service! They are very reasonable in price compared to other places. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work! Always willing to answer any questions I have in a speedy manner!
