This was November of 2022 and I had just got back to work after I had a surprise surgery. My truck ran out of gas about a mile away from my house and I had to get to work so my fiance picked me up and I went to work and was not even 24 hours that my vehicle was parked on the side of the road in the grass and it was towed but the state police department said they didn't have any info about it but then they called back and they said they did. I believe it is a case of the police department is covering for Leonard's Towing in a scam operation I spoke with the property owners of the place my truck was parked at and they said they didn't call so they towed the truck without being told to by the property owners or the vehicle owner and they said that a officer was the one that called the tower . If that is the case then why did they say that they have no idea about the truck until they called me back a hour later. These guys are crooks and I will not be taking this quietly. I will continue to file complaint after complaint until this company is brought to justice and I get my truck back from them. They also said that the truck was damaged somehow but never contacted me to investigate the alleged accident that happened come on now they are not even close to being legit here.

On December 1, 2022 we received a call from the Pennsylvania State Police Meadville Barracks to go to St Hwy ** and ******** Rd Conneautville and if we could expedite that would be helpful because there was Nissan Titan in the roadway at a bad spot.

We went to the scene and pick up the Titan and towed it to our Meadville location.

On December 7, 2022 at 7:41 pm we received an email from ****** ****** and ******* ************ asking if we could give them any information on their truck. (email is attached) I responded to the email at 9:19 pm asking them to please contact us from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday and we would be happy to discuss it with them.

After not hearing from them I contacted the Pennsylvania State Police Meadville barracks asking them if they could run a VIN for me so that I could get an address for the owner to be able to mail them a letter letting them know we had their vehicle.

I send the letter on December 30, 2022.

After sending them a letter about their truck they did contact me unfortunately I did not document the date. I explained to them how we received their vehicle and they were upset because they did not ask us to tow it, but unfortunately they had left the vehicle along the road in a bad spot with no four ways on and apparently (according to the Pennsylvania State Police) it got hit and was blocking the roadway I gave them the total at that time and tried to explain the procedure with them but the female in the background was upset and started swearing at me and when I told them that I was not going to tolerate that they hung up on me.

They have not tried to contact us other then posting things on our facebook page with I have also attached and was taught in schooling to not in gauge in an argument with someone on social media.
