You should try this business if you want to feel what it's like to be stabbed in the back. From day two we got the bait and switch from the corrupt salesman; and mistakenly purchased a car anyway, then we learned what it felt like to slide down a muddy mountainside. The car has inherent problems and after taking it back to the Bergeys the mechanics did something to destroy our mileage, and said it was a "Factory Upgrade" to our computer...After numerous trips, we then cut the shackles of Bergeys service department, after paying them to TRY to repair the car. Then later when our local mechanic couldn't access the computer on our car, we were forced to return to Bergeys (at additional costs) to hear that, the car was a couple days out of warranty and it would cost a fortune to repair. We found it to be horrible people in equally bad atmosphere. Beware! The very first time I went in for service, Holly was in and argument with another customer, she later told me "I know EVERYTHING about your (Type of) car... and yet she does NOT display her certification as a mechanic, and argues with customers how they should be fixed. They claim integrity and they post all the good reviews (on their on private website) and yet when you go to a neutral site you see how inept they are!
