    I booked Brittanys services for my wedding. Within the contract she states that she offers one free 60 min engagement session. We had planned to meet her twice for our free session and she failed to attend either session. She stated it would take 8-10 weeks after my wedding on October 12th, 2024 to receive my photos back. It is now January 11th 2025 , 13 weeks after my wedding and I have not received pictures and had little to no contact from Brittany. I have reached out to her on several different occasions and have either not received a response or she stated my pictures will be done within the week. It has been two weeks of her stating my pictures will be done within a week. The last date she messaged me was on January 4th stating they will be done that week. I reached out again on January 10th and have not received any response back. I am making this post because I would like to warn others. She has very pore communication skills. I was not sure if she would even show up to my wedding after months of her not contacting me back, until she finally responded to me the night before the wedding.

    I contacted Brittany Alyse Photography on Nov. 16, 2023, for my daughters senior photos. Brittany quoted me $350 for three sessions in three locations. Brittany sent me a payment request from her personal ********* and I paid $350. Our first session was for Nov. 22. On Nov. 21, Brittany messaged me suggesting we cancel because the weather was not ideal. On Nov. 27 and Nov. 28, I messaged Brittany to suggest dates to reschedule. She didnt respond to either. On Dec. 3, I messaged her again to suggest other dates. She said she would check but never responded. On. Dec. 4, I messaged Brittany. She said she couldnt take the photos on the date I suggested (Friday) because her neighbors funeral was that day. I knew the person, and the funeral was on Saturday, But I suggested another date. She didnt respond for the next several weeks. On Jan. 3, Brittany posted she was booking snow sessions for the weekend. I messaged her and told her my daughter wanted the snow session. She said she is playing it by ear but then never responded. She did take photos of other people that weekend and posted them. On Jan. 17, I messaged Brittany letting her know that I was concerned about timing. She asked about our availability but then didnt respond to my reply. I tried to comment on a ******** post she made, but she deleted my comment. She messaged later saying ***. 22 would work. On Jan. 21, Brittany canceled our session set for Jan. 22 and didnt respond to any of my messages to reschedule. On Feb. 4, we scheduled again for Feb. 7 but that morning she canceled for a third time saying there was a convention at the venue and would be too many cars and people around. I called the venue. There was no convention scheduled. I drove there at the time of the scheduled session and took video. I asked for a full refund, which Brittany said she would send at the end of February. But at the end of the month she said she didnt have it. She stopped responding to my messages after that.

    I purchased, and prepaid, for Brittany's photography service in August, as she was running a special for Senior pics. We agreed that I would call her when I was ready to use the package but when I wanted to use her service, she avoided my contact attempts, (for 2 weeks). I wanted my daughters pictures taken with the fall leaves in the background, so I tried to contact Brittany but she "ignored" my private messages. I know she ignored my messages because I can see when someone reads my messages. She read it and totally ignored my request. I had to get another photographer to take my daughters pictures, with the fall leaves, (because the heavy rains were coming and we all know these rains usually take the leaves off the trees). Brittany finally responded to my "I want a refund" message! She's still offering her services to me but I wanted my daughters senior pictures to have the fall background and I told Brittany this. She does not have a "no-refund" policy. She told me she could not give this money back in full so I told her, (2 weeks ago), I didn't care how often she paid me but she has until November 6th, (today), to pay me back my full amount. Again, she's ignoring my messages completely. She told me she was extremely busy in October and by looking at her website, you can see that she's not hurting for money so I would like my money refunded.

    1-1-23 paid $237.50 via Venmo for senior photos package. Trying to schedule no answer after numerous unanswered messages I finally set a date and time only o be cancelled the day before.she will not return any messages! I stated that I wanted a refund. No reply again. Messaged several times and was offered additional pictures at no extra charge. I declined. Received more offers I declined again and politely asked for refund. She will not respond even after several more attempts. I have been patient and pleasant so far. I know of several other people having the same problem. I am only asking for that my money be returned.

    Transaction date: 05/06/2022 at 6:49pm $170 I paid for maternity photos and minis photo shoot. Maternity shoot was scheduled for 08/06/22. Services were not provided. She initially said she would reschedule date and then once I requested refund (baby was being born Oct 19th and could no longer do photos. Photographer then started to ignore my messages starting 10/2/22, through her business page, personal page (which she messages clients from), and cell phone number that she provided me and told to reach. I was not only unable to get photos of such an important life event, but she also has ignored me and will not reschedule or refund my money for the services. A friend reached out to another local photographer Sammie Jaquillard about pricing for newborn photos given the circumstances, and that photographer revealed that she had numerous clients who come to her following similar incidents. Where Brittany takes clients money and then cuts off communication and keeps money without providing services. I am just looking to get my $170 back so that I can put it toward photos with another photographer so that I can have positive professional memories of my baby. Brittany completely deleted one conversation via messenger so that evidence could not be kept. However other messages available, per messenger it states she opened and read the messages. They are just being ignored.
