Aldridk G**** and ******* Bolgurg are insanely rude and unprofessional. We filed a claim for a mutual customer who is deceased and never had a lapse in coverage the entire policy, we were told the truck was totaled, but was told the damages was from two occurrences. We told them that the truck was covered the entire policy and begged for help. We have also made a complaint with insurance commissioner.

On 8/7/24, 1 Owner Auto Sales contacted our company and stated they repossessed Mr. ******** vehicle with damage. Initially, it was reported that the date of accident was 6/24/24. Upon receipt of the claim, the adjuster ordered an independent police report and received a report back confirming that Mr. ******** had been in an accident on 6/8/24.Please note that our company was not previously notified of the 6/8/24 accident or any other accident that Mr. ******** might have had until we were contacted by 1 Owner Auto Sales. The police report related to the 6/8/24 accident confirmed that the damage to Mr. ********* vehicle which resulted from this accident was minor damage to the front driver side bumper area and that Mr. ******** was able to drive away from the scene of the accident. After a review of the estimate resulting from the 6/8/24 claim, payment in the amount of $730.10 was issued to 1 Owner Auto Sales. This payment was based on the appraised damage of $1230.10 less Mr. ******** $500.00 collision deductible. 1 Owner Auto Sales advised that the payment was insufficient and that they would not accept the payment as Mr. ******** vehicle was totaled and also had damage to the right side. 1 Owner Auto Sales has since been advised to file a second claim for the separate damage to the right side, which has just been assigned claim number 2025-51063. The adjuster assigned to the second claim will be reviewing the claim and will be contacting 1 Owner Auto Sales in regards to the investigation and settlement of that separate claim. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced by 1 Owner Auto Sales.

Complete scam. Signing up, providing all information including doing ride share. Was quoted based on this application. paid for 3 months. Then 2 days after the 3rd month they send a refusal to renew. They don't cover ride share, but took my money for 3 months anyway. We all know they'd have denied any claims Started a dispute with my credit card, and filed a complain with the ** Division of Insurance. Their website is trash, their customer service is trash, their reputation is trash. They need to go out of business already.

I don't even know WHY I still deal with these people. The customer service is very embarrassing. I called a few minutes ago with questions about my claim and the adjuster was rude and dismissive. I called her out about it and she says shes not here for customer service. Really? Who trains these people. Really, I wanna know why this continues to be allowed.

We are in receipt of ********************** correspondence in regards to her claim and would like to take the opportunity to respond to her concerns. ********************** policy provides only $10,000 of property damage liability coverage. As a result of the accident, the other vehicle, a 2024 International LT625, which was parked and unattended at the time of the accident, sustained significant damage in the amount of $20,497.05. Since this amount exceeds ********************** $10,000 property damage liability limit, the adjuster advised ****************** of the settlement process and advised her that all attempts would be made to settle the other vehicle's claim within the $10,000.00 limit. The adjuster explained to ****************** that there could be a possibility that the other insurance carrier might not agree to the settlement attempt and pursue ****************** directly. It is the companys expectation that we provide satisfactory service to our consumers and apologize for any communication or service issues that might have occurred during the handling of ********************** claim.

If I could give a negative star I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I have never done any business where you cant speak to a manager. I have been told for over two weeks some one will contact me regarding my policy I pay each month but isnt showing I have coverage. My registration was suspended behind this and showed I havent had coverage since February its now May almost June. The customer service reps are very unprofessional and non seem to want to help. This has been a big inconvenience. Found out thru mail my registration was suspended but was told by insurance company my insurance was valid but its not showing in the dmv its valid. This is turning into a nightmare. I have been paying for insurance but someone didnt do something right so I have been changing driving my vehicle not knowing Im uninsured.

    Good2Go Insurance, Inc. Response

The vehicle was added to the policy effective 11/8/23 and reported to the *** on 11/9/23. On 1/10/24, the *** returned the info as Non-Matching VIN. This generally occurs when the vehicle was not registered within 45 days of reporting. On 5/29/24, the Company updated the transaction with the ***. We have contacted Ms. **** by email to address the issues stated. We regret that the service experience received was less than adequate. It is the companys expectation that we provide satisfactory service to our customers in all situations. We apologize for any miscommunication and frustration that *** have been experienced.

I am filing a complaint against this establishment for false advertising and representation. Mrs. Brenna S*****, a claims representative of this company has failed for 5 months to reimburse me for rental fees that we're incurred as a result of their client.I reached out to her and let's say that she was very rude. I even reached out to her on Facebook and of course she blocked me. I reached out to Mr. Steve B***** and he immediately informed me not to contact her.I am currently filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I will try and exhaust everything and effort to expose this malicious company and pray that they could find better employees to provide the right customer service.

We are in receipt of Mr. W******'s review which was filed with the BBB. Mr. W****** was struck in the rear by a party insured with our company. Mr. W******'s collision claim was handled by Progressive, his own insurance carrier. However, Mr. W******'s vehicle was in three different repair facilities and due to the delays in the repair process, Mr. W****** is out of pocket for a portion of his rental expenses which we are still attempting to confirm with Progressive. The adjuster has been in regular contact with Progressive and has also provided the status with Mr. W******. In regards to Mr. W******'s comment about our adjuster blocking him on Facebook, that is correct. Mr. W****** confirmed that he contacted our adjuster directly through her private, not work related, social media account. In addition, Mr. W****** commented on the adjuster's social media account and has since been advised by claims management that such contact was inappropriate and that any future claims related concerns should be made through our company's contact methods, which Mr. W****** has been provided with.

If I could give negative start I would! The lack of professionalism by the people they have representing this company is unbelievable and they should really focus on training Breena (claims) and Alison (under writing) on how to effectively do their jobs. Both of these women have caused intentional delays including sharing false information to cause a laps in coverage by their own personal assumptions about my policy. They are rude and very unprofessional. These women somehow believed the person driving my car that was involved in a accident was not included in the under writing process and canceled my policy after they were given proof of address. On top of that Allison then told me I need to provide proof of ownership for the vehicle that was totalled out. This company has spoke directly with my client holder along with paying off my car and now I need to provide proof? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
