They gave me my car without the down payment called me about 3 weeks later demanding it or theyd take the car, on top of that now Im waiting an additional 3 months on top of the 2 months I was already waiting for a registration which is very needed because I cant do anything with the temporary one. Very unprofessional & arrogant team here. Very nice while trying to get the car but very careless & not helpful afterwards. They know everything when youre there getting the care but know absolute nothing after you purchase the car.Review from Leslie C

We recently bought a new RAV 4 in Conshohocken. Each time we went there, we were greeted by friendly representatives at the sales desk. **** ***** was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and followed up with phone calls. We appreciated his attention to detail. ****** *.Review from PATRICIA E

This company sold us a bad car, drove off lot and a day later the breaks went bad, they fixed it then got car back, the transmission went bad got car back after almost 3 months ...they offered a complimentary one year extended Warrenty which they didn't honor because they are not returning calls nor emails because after 11 months, including the 3 months that we didn't have the car. Now were out of a car, well we have a car with a bad engine....they won't call back so now we have to seek legal counsel. Not to mention that I had to call around and find my car because they sent it somewhere and was giving me the runarounds when I kept call7ng to look for my carReview from ianiyah G

On February 28th 2024 I went and brought myself a new car. My mother and daughter were both present. I paid $3,000 in cash and $1,800 on card. My sales rep *************************** presented hisself as a gentleman and well knowledgeable. However, he not only lied to me but he scammed me out of $1,000. I went back to the dealership the next day to pick up my car once I got my insurance. I return back to the dealership on February 29th to pick up my car. **** tells me he need another $1,000 for my insurance my antennas went up why is more money needed when we took care of my insurance the day before when I made my purchased. Instead of him being honest, he went and used his managers credit card and purchasd insurance through First Chicago when he was supposed to have had helped me purchase my policy from progressive. He instead chose to pocket my $1,000 and not submit any of my insurance documents to PennDOT. I get a letter in the mail saying my registration and license will be suspended if I cant produce any insurance. Not only that but *************************** Also signed me up to be paying 2 car loans. I have all supporting documents and emails to back up my legal matter. I not only want to expose Conicelli but their staff and leadership is very dishonest and scammers. This is not No way to conduct business. Now Im stuck having to pay for a new insurance policy on top of paying pennDOT my registration fees and restoration!!! I advise anyone looking to purchase a car do not conduct any business with *************************** he is a liar a scam artist and a thief.Review from Cagatay D

It's another dealership with unethical business practices. They give you a great deal in the salesroom, but in the financing office, you end up with 50 % more than what you agreed in the first place. They pretend you know all the terms you are signing for. And they rush you to sign the papers. The environment is not friendly. You feel like someone is taking out a confession from you and you just want it to end. Bring an experienced person who knows about the process, even hire someone to do that, or they will rip you off. You see 3.99 apr in the salesroom and when you sign the papers in the financing office it's 7.5, you never agree to the ridiculous extra car protection but they add a second one of these. Stay away.Review from Bernadette R

My 2013 Tucson was in their care for a engine repair due to a malfunction. They had my vehicle for 5 months and knew how long they would have it for. CONICELLI let my car sit and never moved it. Therfore, the battery died and left flat spots on my tires. They acknowledged the battery and replaced it, but my 6month old tires are destroyed! This happened in their care and refuse to acknowledged it. When I went to get my vehicle when it was 'all done' I was told there is a slight vibration and they don't know what is wrong with it. Was told I would be charged $175 to diagnose it. Within 3 minutes of taking it to my body shop(which didn't charge me a penny) I was told my car is vibrating due to flat spots on my 6 MONTH OLD TIRES! Conicelli hyundai did not take precautionary measures on my vehicle knowing they would have it for as long as they did. I have been a loyal customer since 2006. I have only bought my cars from them. They lost me as a customer and I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again. My practically new tires are destroyed because of their negligenceReview from Sarah F

I scheduled my SUV for it's 60,000 mile oil change. I always wait as it's the only car I own. If I do leave I have to have a car rental available to me when I drop off my car. A week before the malfunction indicator light (MIL) went on. I called Conicelli to see if I should bring the car in during the week or if it would be alright for the next week commuting to and from work. The person said they would send a message to an advisor and have them get back to me to let me know what the best course of action is. I never heard from anyone. I take my car for the oil change Saturday morning at 8am. I asked the man, Joe S****, who helped me if they could look at this and I tell him what has been going on. He shuts me down insisting that no one can help me and proceeds to explain the number of people working and the number of cars they have booked for the days. He does not offer what helpful tip of information. He points fingers at scheduling then when I ask to speak to an advisor he tell me he is an advisor. I proceed to quiz him again about what he can do to assist me with the MIL situation. This is my only car - I need it for transportation. He keeps looking at his screen and eventually shares that he is the service advisor not the scheduling advisor. He didn't follow up with any helpful thoughts or ideas. He only provides me with these unhelpful facts. I had to ask him multiple times if he could forward a message to an advisor who will get back to me this week. Still barely a barely a response. Two and a half hours later I stopped back for a status on my vehicle. The woman said it should be done shortly. Forty-five minutes later I call and end up talking to Joe again (I didn't realize this until later). This same man told me my car wouldn't be done until 3pm, information he withheld or made up. Never have I ever waited 7 hours for an oil change. Also, Joe told me all appointments were drop off. People were waiting when I picked up my car. Joe was rude and disrespectful.Conicelli Autoplex Response

In response to this BBB review, we have reached out twice to Ms. F*****, 9/25/23 and again today, 9/27/23. Both times we left detailed voice messages stating we would like her to contact us and arrange to bring her vehicle back to our service dept. We await her response.Review from Almando P

The sales man sold me a car that was a lemon. It broke down 3 months later. Test drive and never trust the sales personnel. They are deceitful, and are not about customer service.Review from Rachel G

Let me start off by saying there was severe water damage to the vehicle when I bought this car that I did not know. The electric wires, front and rear brakes and all four rotors and pitted were RUSTED, RUSTED, RUSTED. Also, four different tires which by the way is illegal As per mechanic said! DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM CONICELLI CONSHOHOCKEN, PA!! Now, I brought a Ford C-Max Hybrid 2017 car from Conicelli. A couple of months after I brought the vehicle, my tires started losing air frequently. Long story short I had to replace the tire and I had four different tires as per mechanic said. A couple of months after that I took my car for inspection at Conicelli where I originally bought the car. They told me that my car passed the inspection but there was rust on the front rear brakes all four rotors and pitted. Mind you I just had this car a couple of months and they're telling me this car had rust that they sold me and also they passed the inspection for the four different tires as well. I ask if they can fix my car, they said I had to go to a Ford Dealer. Couple of months after that the check engine light came on. Long story short the mechanic@CARSTAR said there was something draining my battery. So a new battery was put in the car. So at this point I decided to take it to the Ford dealership to inspect what was draining the battery, because the car would not start without getting a jump. The Ford Dealership did diagnostic test and there was severe water damage to the vehicle as well as the cap that's supposed to be on the electric part was off. It NEVER was on WHEN I PURCHASED the car. I called Warranty Solutions to cancel my insurance with them because they NEVER cover anything. Warranting Solutions, an Electric Insurance Company that Conicelli sold me. They told me I had to go through Conicelli to cancel. So I decided to go to Conicelli to see if they would take the vehicle back. They said NO.I was sold a car that was damaged from the beginning. BEWARE........Review from Jim W

This dealership should be avoided as they are unethical and untrustworthy. Started working with a salesperson at 9:15 this AM to buy a used Toyota Tundra. On the lot for 2+ months when I found it on Autotrader yesterday. Had a Tundra to trade that had been certified via KBB instant cash offer for nearly 21K. Sent 22 pictures to this dealer of my trade-in this AM. My first offer against a 45K price was my truck and 22K. This dealership offered just 15K for my truck. I offered to have a local dealership here in NH buy it for the KBB price of around 21K and then work a cash deal with Conocelli, and kindly asked to place a deposit to hold the truck while we worked out the deal. This was around 1PM. No one responded concerning the deposit request. Worked out airport pickup at Philly around via text at 2PM. Then silence.....until 4:30PM, when the salesman sent a text the truck was sold to someone else. What??? You know, nothing illegal was done here, but this is not how humans are supposed to treat other humans. I'm just saying, these people are not ethical, and if you can't trust them in buying the vehicle, would you trust them with anything regarding your hard-earned valuable vehicles for service, or any other vehicle sale? I certainly would not, nor should you. They should get NO stars, but that rating is not allowed for reviews.
