    My husband and I met with a Salesman from BetterLiving Sunrooms located at ********************, Conshohocken, PA *********, on 2/12, we went over the sunroom details and thought that was a great idea so we decided to sign a contract. However we wanted to cancel it but BetterLiving Sunrooms sent out another salesman, and again after hearing some other options we were OK with it. That was the worst decision we've made. First, we should not give any money without knowing if we were approved or not for the financing (we gave them 2 $10k checks). That alone was a big mistake on our part. We have been waiting for their people to call to tell us if we are or not. They never did, every time they said they would call between 4:30 to 5 which is clearly the closing time. We could not understand why a company would request a permit for a job, do site inspection while they know the customer's credit hasn't been approved. All my husband and now want is our full refund as we do not want to continue with the project due to lack of communication, and lack of transparency. One thing I do not understand is why a company would cash $20K so fast while they know the customer hasn't received a final credit approval.

    Customer was provided the Federal and State Three Day Cancellation Notice as required by law.

    Customer signed the contract of 2/12/2022

    Customer agreed to the payment schedule and by their own willingness provided deposit prior to finance approval

    Customer was provided several updates during the bank financing approval process

    Customer was notified of complete financing approval

    Customer requested the cancellation of Contract on 3/24/2022

    Company scheduled Appointment with Company to review the Cancellation Process

    Company's General Manager met with Customer on 3/19/2022. Customer stated concern was having to pay for the cost of electric. Company agreed to provide the electrical service at no cost to customer, (see attached Change Order). Customer also asked company to add the remodeling of their kitchen to the contract. 

    Customer then contacted the Company on 4/4/2022 to asked to cancel the contract again, outside of the three day cancellation period

    Customer threatened Company with negative social media reviews and BBB complaints if Company did not allow them to cancel their contract oustide of the agreed upon terms and conditions for cancellation

    Customer, ******************, followed through with her threat, posted a bad review on Yelp and filed a BBB complaint. Both are misleading and misrepresent the true facts.
