Jobs a joke Frl from where they hold orientations to event you host. They put you at an event with no knowledge of nothing. You have random people coming to ask you questions about things you dont have knowledge of. Your hired as security so you would think when you enforce rules they would be respected but event staff has more pull than you. ***** ******* is my branch supervisor out of ******** OH I reported an incident to him he completely brushed it off. Matter of fact he even got mad at me called me a privileged kid. Dont work for the company!!! The pay is bullcrap they feed you liesReview from Shanique R

Today 01/23/2025 I went into one of the job office sites (**************************) regarding my W2 form. I spoke with *************************** regarding the matter, I told him my reasoning for my visit today which was due to an error that had to be corrected on my W2 form from HR. On my W2 form it showed that I had no federal taxes withheld, which is not true because We went over all my pay stubs together and it shows taxes being taken out of each pay. He also printed all of my pay stubs for me. So why is there no federal withholding on my W2 form? ********* called The HR representative with me present in the room, and she explained the errors occurred due to me filing as Head of Household and that I have 2 dependents. What does me filing head of household and having 2 dependents have to do with anything? That makes no sense. The HR representative explained I would have to email Allied Universal Services explaining my reasoning as to why I need my W2 corrected. Im explaining the whole situation to both of them now so why would I have to do that? I then left the office and explained to my tax preparer what is going on. He to explained to me my W2 form have to be corrected and filing for head of house and having 2 dependents have nothing to do with federal taxes not being shown as taken out on my W2 form. I then texted ********* and informed him what my my tax Preparer have also explained to me. ********* then responded OK friendly reminder like our HR representative mentioned wait about another week or so and see if you get an updated version in the mail, if you get it and there is still nothing in the box or you dont get anything in the mail then email Allied why would I have to wait a week when the matter could have been taken care of right then. I have filed taxes plenty times with other jobs, and what they are doing isnt right and it seems as though they are scamming people because they have excuses. This matter need to be taken seriouslyReview from Brandon X

I am filing this complaint due to my experience with this company. I went in for an interview, Ms. Brinkley, forgot about me, so I waited for 40 minutes. The interview went great, and immediately following the interview with her, I had an interview with the account manager for the job site. That interview went well too. They stated they would reach out if I was a possible candidate for the job. Ms. Brinkley contacted me an hour later and then emailed me a job offer, which I accepted. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and completed the background check, and everything was good on my end. She gave me her direct line, so I called three days later to get a follow-up, assuming there was more paperwork to complete. However, I didn't hear anything from her nor anyone else from the company. It's impossible to contact the office to actually speak to someone. This company is very unprofessional and I must note. I went in for a walking interview. The receptions check me in to let her know. The receptionist came back immediately to tell me someone will be with you shortly. Ms. Brinkley arrived to the interview saying hey I'm sorry I forgot about you.Review from Kat M

I sit in my car and wait for my grandchild to get off work in the evening in the parking lot of a strip mall. And I read or play games on my phone while I wait, a Allied Universal Security Guard drives around the lot,he actually sits more than anything. For the last 9 months he has stalked me, I move he does too, he will park where he can stare at me, one night I mad him mad by covering all my windows and he charged at me in his vehicle and came so close I could have reached out and touched his vehicle. I have filed complaints with the company and nothing has been done, I should mention this has been going on for 10 months. So I finally gave them formal notice if they don't do something about him I'm going to file charges and put him in jailReview from Aziz A

I wish I knew where to start. Basically I'm here to complain legitimately as a consumer. For weeks I've been harassed and discriminated against by a Allied Universal employee at the ************ in **************. Randomly this employee approached my car and told me I had to leave. When asked why he said two things that didn't make sense, one of the things he said was that I couldn't be there in my car and that **** drivers cannot stage there. When I asked the security employee why he said it was a new rule as of that very day. Even if that were the case I don't know of anyone who has a personal copy of the Mall rules. When I explained to him that I wasn't an **** driver he argued with me because I had an **** sticker on my old car which **** wouldn't even allow because of its age. Yes there's **** eats but the point is that I'm not an **** driver. Because of my relatively close residence to the mall I often go there and especially to pick up meds for my elderly mother and whatever else she needs.Nearly every visit to the mall in the daytime hours since my first encounter with this employee he drives up to my car immediately and tells me that I have to leave with no legitimate reasons. So I left without arguing however I did explain to him that there were hundreds of cars parked in the lot.The second time he approached my friends car who he himself was driving. When the security employee noticed me in the passenger seat he stopped his patrol car and turned around and approached the drivers side. Upon my friend, the driver rolling down the driver's door window the famous words were uttered from his mouth ( you guys have to go, you can't be here ). The security employee said nothing to the driver but instead talks directly to me and shortly after threatening to call the police. There isn't enough typing space to give full chain of events As a paying customer the police was called on me on Christmas day 2024.Harassment!! Harassment!! Discrimination!!Review from Ashley S

Ive worked for Allied Universal security systems for almost 2 years. I was a supervisor there and didnt get my backpay for when I was a supervisor when my accountant manager was gone. I called the corporate office. I got a hold of their hotline number and apparently my supervisor and his regional boss told them that they didnt have any recollection of me being supervisor while my boss was gone for two weeks doing interviews, So they got rid of the proof. There are other employees as well that are not receiving their overtime pay. So now Im speaking with a lawyer.Review from Anthony S

Discrimination left and right, your safety is not their concern, they lie to you about everything including paying for your Guard Card and then take it out of your paychecks, they place you alone in locations where the closest site is 20 minutes away, they downplay situations where your safety is at risk. Absolutely horrible place to workReview from Exton M

My lady friend and I are long time walkers at the **********, which uses Allied. On Friday 11-8-24 we were told by some girl from the office, who was not even in uniform, we were not permitted in the mall till 9 AM. After years of coming here, we feel we were discriminated against as we are senior citizens. Security lets other walkers in to use the gym, young ladies in their 20's and 30's and they roam freely through the mall until their class begins, and nothing is ever said to them.Review from Ky N

Yeah Im not sure who this may help but I was set to start working here after talking to a ******* ***** my mind was immediately changed ! Hes rude combative and dont know how to speak to those whom hes bringing on to his team and making them feel you know welcoming of the job no it was the complete opposite. Im not so sure who his boss is but upon research and others complaints or reviews of this company the professionalism doesnt matter. I was warned various times before even processing with working for allied. Im sad because I really was thankful and appreciative of the opportunity but I refuse to work under verbal abuse that has been my life the past 6 years with different managers and its not heart warming at all. Knowing you have to go to work and defend yourself against whoever ! I know this probably wont change much but him as whatever roll he is , is very disheartening I dont know if he has children daughters at that but no man should ever speak to a female in the fashion he did me and probably others! I understand authority but there is a way you speak to people and a way of being professional he is NOT!Review from Stormy H

Well, Ive had two encounters in three days with these people, They are absolutely the second worst security service that they have an H-E-B is using them here in ******, ******! Ive been in ****** for eight years now and didnt have a problem until now. I went to HEB I was hungry and I ate my food in my car. I was resting after a very stressful legal discussion with law-enforcement-Internal affairs. These guys wont let you sit in your car even five minutes without harassing you. I realize theres a homeless problem in ****** however, discrimination should not be part of the equation! Fast-forward three days, I went to H-E-B and got a few items and had to go back in to return some items. I come back to my car with a splitting headache that started a little bit earlier than the day and progressively got worse. I take some medication and then one of these Allied Universal guys come and harass me yet again. I asked him not to shine the light in my face and told him what was going on, then he proceeded to ask me my name to harass me further. I declined. He was a complete and utter jerk! Their training needs to be improved greatly because he asks your name, but wont give you his. Their names are not large enough on their badges to see at any distance! I wish I could post photos here as well because I would. *** has hired the 2nd worst security company that there could possibly. I realize that its difficult being a security guard however when somebody is telling you that theres a health situation & waiting for it to resolve, they need to back off really quickly because theyre about to end up in a lawsuit. There needs to be a class action in my opinion! They need to give their names before asking anything, & they need to observe a whole lot better because they are piss-poor at their jobs from the encounters that I have had which is two to-many in three days. I mind my own business and they need to do the same, especially when nobody is doing anything wrong!
