The customer service was great. The only reason I would recommend using ******* Bridal is because they make you pay for alterations before the alterations are completed. Also, the amount of the alterations was more than my dress. I haven't ever been anywhere that this has been the caseReview from Liz D

The buying experience was not good but did not keep us from finding what we hoped would be the dress and experience that a bride should have while making her dress one to remember. As the mother of the bride, I feel that the alteration manage stole the joy and experience. As we were driving home my daughter was hurt and angry. So much so that she cried and hoped she would not hate the dress after this experience. This alterations manager made fun of my daughters and her choice of dress and desire to be modest and have things covered. She wears religious clothing that was mocked and told to pin the dress to or remove. This was the entire reason to do alterations was to cover these areas. We were told during the purchase process it would not be an issue and could be done without a problem. The manager just wanted to laugh about the process while the other lady in alteration came out and was making the plan to do as needed. I am grateful for her as I don't think the manager could have done what this women will make happen. It is our only hope that my daughter will even wear this dress as stated before the manager completely ruined the wedding dress experience for my daughter. The store manager was called and we were told she would get back with us regarding this in which has not been done. If you just want a dress - maybe. If you want the experience - this is not the way to get it. I would hate any other bride to just cry the way my daughter did and have such a bad experience and never enjoy the wedding dress. I expect this dress will be forever hated due to the Tulsa stores alteration manager. No one or their beliefs should be mocked and made fun of - especially during this experience. I had store credit in gift card form that promised me I can use whenever and will never expire. Psh yeah right... Long story short I'm SOL $1200. They filed for bankruptcy so a lot of people are left with useless plastic...Review from Dorit E

I bought 2 slip dresses online and immediately returned because of shoddy design and material. They did not properly refund me for them, and when I asked (~ 20 attempts) they did not tell me why. ******* Bridal is either very inept or very shady, and most likely both.Review from Rosanna G

One Star Disappointing Experience at Davids Bridal I went to Davids Bridal with high hopes, excited for my sons wedding and the brides choice of dresses. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disheartening.After selecting and paying for a dress, I trusted the store while they made the alterations. When I returned two weeks later, I was told no one could locate my dress. I waited 25 minutes with no updates, feeling increasingly ignored and undervalued. I overheard other customers having bad customer service experiences while I was in the store. I hope they write a similar review sharing their frustrations.Finally, after another 15-minute wait, a manager spoke to me, and I was relieved when my dress, that I had fully paid for, was foundhanging on a sales rack with a price tag. Shockingly, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which deepened my disappointment.I was excited to be part of my son and daughter-in-laws special day, but this experience overshadowed that joy. I cannot recommend this store. The manager and staffs lack of care and the overall atmosphere were far from what I expected. Buyer beware!Review from Stacy K

BE AWARE! They say you have 7 days to return. My daughter changed her venue so she changed her dress. We bought a vail Saturday 9/7. We went to return it Saturday 9/14 and they said she could not return because it had been EIGHT DAYS??? This was a $200 vail, which is alot of money. I just worry this may happen to someone with a $1,000 dress. The manager was SOOOO RUDEEEE about it as well. I wish I could upload photos. She BOLDLY highlighted the 7 day return policy on every receipt we had that day. Im not sure what calendar they use but my entire 50 years on this planet a week from Saturday is Saturday.?? I couldnt believe it. We went from finding a beautiful dress and being excited about that that process was painful as well for the record. I got scolded for looking for a dress she had tried before to try again and was told I couldnt touch the dresses again. I guess you can touch them when u get there to pick 3, but DO NOT touch after that. They could not find the dress we wanted to see again. They said it would be on their tablet in her profile, it was not. They had dresses on there that we had never seen before though ?? So since I was not able to go grab it, we were not permitted to try it again our experience the week before was WAY different, we had *** and she was AMAZING and made it a fun and happy day. She was not available the 14th and it was a stressful experience. We didnt get to see all the dresses we wanted and then had to argue that 7 days was not 8 days. She bought the dress because it was perfect, but she decided not to get it tailored there or give any more business to them after being treated so rudely. We shopped at the ****** **** location both times for reference. Ive never been treated like I was a total idiot for not buying 7 days is actually 8 days. The manager was nasty..beyond nasty to us. Has to be the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in my 30 years of life. Not only do they constantly have system issues. 3/4 of their staff are not aware of what theyre supposed to do for their job. They cant process a refund because they dont save receipts in their system. Their communication is extremely poor and they messed up my order twice, and then tried to get me to pay for the mistakes that they made as a company. When I try to contact corporate, theres no way to talk to an actual their phone line forces you hang up and then contact their text chat line which doesnt actually help. They say theyll reach back out to you but they never do.Review from Chelsea M

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Davids Bridal in **********, ****. I purchased a wedding dress and paid for specific alterations, including a modesty patch and bra to be sewn in, all of which were clearly outlined. However, when I picked up the dress, these alterations were not completed, and the dress had jagged edges and uneven hems. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, including several emails, I received no response or offer of resolution. This forced me to buy a new dress just days before my wedding, causing significant additional costs and stress. Their lack of professionalism, failure to honor agreements, and complete disregard for customer service are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this location to prevent similar issues.Review from Ann V

Do NOT order anything from *****'s Bridal online. My daughter purchased a $250 item and it was never even tried on because she chose something else. We passed the 7 days so we could not get our money back but the return info said we could return the item w/in 60 days for an exchange. What THEY DON'T TELL YOU is that in order to get a credit or use the money for something else, is that you need to purchase additional merchandise in the amount of money you originally spent, return the item, and only after that will they then - hopefully - credit you. So what they are doing is holding your money hostage by making you spend twice as much to hopefully get your original credit. I was trying to work this out with them for more than 90 minutes because it wasn't clicking that I couldn't return the item and then have a "credit" they refer to as an "RMA." This is a bad business practice because they know very well it is difficult to spend that amount of money again in order to bail out your original amount. Please stay away from this company.
