- Refunds:
Fill out our
Return Form and send it within 3 weeks of receipt (or 2 weeks after
the new year for orders placed during the holiday season). For security
purposes, credit card numbers expire in our system after 21 days. Only
unused (not worn, not laundered) clothing with tags will be fully
refunded. Items returned without tags and original packaging are subject
to a 25% restocking fee. Orders over $300.00 USD are subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
Shipping is not refundable. To qualify for a full
refund, returns must be in the same condition as when originally sold
and in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer, including
tags, packaging, and accessories to the product itself. All garments
must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. Aero Tech Designs will not refund any
garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed.
Please allow 7 business
days after receipt of your return for the refund to show up on your
credit card statement. Checks may take two weeks to be processed
and mailed to the address on the original order.
Exchanges:
We even cover the cost of re-shipping your exchanged item(s). To
exchange an item, just return it within 3 weeks of your order’s ship
date with this completed Return Form. Please make sure that all of the
tags and original packaging are included. Aero Tech Designs will not
exchange any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or
washed. International orders will be shipped back via first class mail. - Business Categories
