Company has sold me a car and the engine is blown. I've only had the vehicle for a bit over a year and have maintained it very well. The engine should not have to be replaced already. And I can not afford the car note and repairs which are upwards 5-8 thousand dollars. Isn't this considered a lemon? And being sold this vehicle is illegal under the lemon law?

So bought a used ****** **** 2013 from Fred beans ******* in november 2022 and till this date as of 02/02/2023, I havent got my plates yet. I contacted Fred beans several times but they keep on saying it is coming next week. I drive for **** and I was not able to drive after my tags expired. I got to find that they submitted my paperwork in january 2023 even though I paid them in november 2022 and they said no , they sent the paperwork right away and I asked them give me the proof and they said I cannot give you the proof (their manager ********) . And they refused to accept that it is their fault because they know that they will have to pay for it if they accept their fault. And you know what he said to me "Why you drive for ****? there are tons of other jobs". Well if I was not driving for ****, I wouldn't have to come to you to buy your stupid car and fill your pockets with money.BTW, the car I got from them have bad wiper blade motor, AC blower motor, and bad rear shocks.

On the 23rd of May we purchased a vehicle from Fred Beans of Doylestown. They required us to purchase additional warranties that we did not want. This was not made known till we began signing. We attempted to refuse the additional warranties. However, the agent, John H**** then verbally insisted that we are required to purchase the products. I emailed Paul Z*******, the general manager, soon after the transaction. We did not receive a reply.

On July 6, 2021 I went to Fred Beans in Doylestown to reserve a vehicle. I told the representative that I don't have money to put down at the moment and so they said they'd put the reservation in for $100 and would refund me if I changed my mind. Well, on July 7, 2021 they charged my card for an additional $500 and about a month later, I realized I couldn't afford the car I put the reservation in and requested to be refunded. I called the dealership a number of times over the year and each time, they say they will refund me but I need to speak to the financing manager. They transfer my call and it always goes straight to voicemail. Here I am a year later, out $600 and getting zero responses from them.
