    I placed an order with this company on October 29, 2022. I placed this new order in good faith due to ordering from this company in December 2021. I received my order then and was well pleased. The order this year, on October 29, 2022 was for 2 large split antlers, 2 medium split, and 1 lbs Elk Crack biscuit treats. One of the large splits and one of the medium with hickory smoke. I was sent a text from “Julie” to let me know amount owed, 149.61 to be sent to $elkchews on cash app. I paid $149.61 to them via the cash app. Several text were sent back and forth between us regarding my dog and how busy their business is. They saying their products were in high demand. I was even told they would throw in an extra 1/2 lb. of the Elk crack biscuits. On November 7, 2022, I sent a text to the phone number ###-###-#### (the same number I had previously text to), inquiring as to when I could expect my shipment. They responded back, “Hi! These will be out the end of the week (ups comes thursdays).” As of November 26, 2022, I have not received my order. I have not received a shipping tracking number that i requested. I have texted several times, sent messages on Facebook messenger, and also called the phone number ###-###-#### and left a voicemail. I have not had any response to any of my messages since the one on November 7, 2022. I want the products that I ordered, or a full refund of $149.61.

    I placed my order 2/20/22. It was for $100.26. I order 4 large antlers. The money was taken out of my account in 2/22/22. I was supposed to receive them the first week in March but still haven’t. She is no longer responding to me. I have screen shots of all messages.

    Bought $101 worth of antlers 03/18. Seller was very responsive until payment was received. Then stopped replying and didn’t send items purchased.

    Purchased antlers from this company on March 11, 2022 in the total of $111.43. It is now May 13. I never received my order or request for refund. The business stopped responding when I asked for a status update after a month of not receiving the product or getting an update. This is a fraudulent business.

    I reached out to Julie M*** on February 26th through facebook about interest in purchasing more bones that I had previously bought in March 2021. We decided on 2 large whole elk chews for $45.98, 2 half large split elk chew for $45.98, $16.10 for shipping, $3.60 for march processing care fee, an elk crunch crack 8 oz bag for $18.75 totaling $130.41. She then gave me a "favorite customer discount" of $9.20, a discount for 100% towards the elk crunch crack (she wanted to give me this free), and added the cost of sales tax ($7.82) totaling out to $110.28 requested from me. The payment was complete on February 27, 2022 for $110.28 through facebook pay and the invoice number is #002261. I reached out to her on March 2nd, 8th, 12th, 14th, 19th, and 27th with no response though she was active on facebook multiple times. Her profile is now deleted. I would like a full refund.

    I ordered $200+ of product from SRF Elk Antler chews on 2/25/22 and paid via Zelle. I knew there would be a delay in shipping, and I was OK with that. I messaged Julie 3/16/22 and 3/18/22 to change the order drastically based on my veterinarian's recommendation to find an alternative product. I requested one product to be shipped and the rest of the $ to be refunded. She agreed to send the one product that same day and I could decide on the rest of the order. On 4/10/22 when I still hadn't received the item, I messaged her again saying I wasn't comfortable with any of it and wanted a full refund. I've tried contacting her by phone call, text message, Facebook messenger, and email. No responses. A friend of mine reached out to her, Julie answered immediately, said her phone # had changed - so I tried the new # also. Still no response or product received. Wells Fargo/Zelle wouldn't reverse the Zelle purchase so I'm attempting to resolve through BBB. I will file a police report for theft if needed.

    I made a 3 purchase with Julie M***/SRF Elk Antlers Chews since May 2021. All the transactions went ok till this last one 3/11/2022. I can not get a response, call or text back from Julie using messenger/Facebook. I like others paid via messenger and no one will help get the funds back as they are requesting them via friends and family. PayPal states I have to get the funds back from her and Discover states the same that can not do anything as the transaction is like a wire transfer to someone you know. I really thought this was a legit business.

    On March 12, 2022. I sent $31.94 through cash app to SRF elk antler chews. I want to purchase 1 large split chew for my dog. I have asked several times when my product would be shipped and have gotten no response. I want my money back.

    Last summer I found this small business selling elk antler chews online. After messaging the business that I wanted 1 chew, I get a message from the “owner” on her personal account clarifying my details. I paid. The person was responsive, sent a tracking number, got the chew and all was well. When it was time to reorder. I saw they had a 10% discount and messaged the business that I wanted 2. At that point they sent me sent me a Facebook invoice/payment request on 3/6/2022 for $65. I paid because I’d had a decent experience the first time and didn’t look closely at the payment method since it was linked to my PayPal. Fast forward more than two weeks later. I’ve asked both the personal account and the business page for a tracking number and all my messages have been ignored - even though I can see the person is online since they chose to message me on their personal account. There’s also no packages listed through the usps app that would be on their way. I’ve tried contacting PayPal and Facebook but since it was invoiced via “friends and family” they will not refund my money or get involved. I have screen shots of the invoice and future ignored messages.
