Daileys finished my stamped patio on 7/20/2021. On March 6th 2022 i noticed pits, color rubbed off on whole patio and cracks in the cement already. I notified him and he said he would re-surface in the spring. It is now 7-10-22 and I have contacted him 3 times asking if hes forgotten us. His excuses are always the weather wasnt looking good. When the weather was always fine. This was how it was when he was doing the patio also in July of 2021. Always excuses of why he wasnt coming to finish it. I have pictures and messages to and from him and myself.

    Hey ***,

I was able to get over there last week and seal the patio for the customer, free of charge.  I explained to the customer that due to the nature of the winters up here, sometimes there will be pitting in surface slabs due to the freeze thaw cycles.  Its 100% out of our control what the weather does and how a customer maintains their product after installation.  This includes backfilling the edges, shoveling off snow, animals peeing on it, and not to mention the fire pit we installed.  Who knows, they could have had a fire much larger than that pit accounts for or burned a bunch of dry lumber and sparks flew out and popped the surface of the concrete.  Again,  so many scenerios can attribute to what happens to surfaces of concrete.  Its hard to nail down a specific cause.  I sealed the patio and filled in areas.  It looked great when i left, as it did 8 months prior when we origianally installed it.

    thank you

    Bryan

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have talked to a judge and he said we could still have a case! We maintained it well. My dogs did not pee or poop on it. Thats ridiculous! And we never had big fires! We did have another contractor come out and he was going to help my husband fix this, due to his terrible lack or communication and excuses of not coming out. We did not have that bad of a winter. We are letting this go and will never recommend him for services

    Regards,
    ******** ********
