    HVAC Service on a nonworking York unit.Installed 7/17/2020 5 year Warranty Asked installer for a maintanence contract and was told he doesn't do them & he would come whenever we needed. Have had several issues with the unit & thermostat. Emailed for service on 10/30/2022 with no response. Text on 11/2/2022 with no response. Message sent via hism******** Page (How we get the fastest response from him) on 11/4/2022 with a response that messages were never received. Stated he was backed up & can't keep up with anything at home. Sent another message 12/10/2022 to ask when he could check our nonworking heating. He said he would try to fit us in at the end of the week. He was told someone would be home Friday. He stated he couldn't do Fridays.12/13/2022 sent another message that my son would be working from home. He said he was doing his best to fit us in. 12/20/2022 sent another text and responded he would be here 12/23/2022. He came and said it was too cold and he couldn't get a good reading. He said it wasn't working right but it was working and we could use it and that he would return on a warmer day. 12/23/2022 we woke up to 59 degrees in the house. No emergency heat. We called and he said his whole family had the flu. We got ***** in and they diagnosed the problem, but it was warranty work so we sent all the information to *****. He came 1/25/23 and said it was not what ***** said and he was ordering the part and would fix it the next week when the part came in. Still not fixed. Tried to message on 2/2/2023 and it wouldn't send . Sent an email on 2/3/2023 to say something was wrong with his ******** page and is there an ETA on the part. Was called 2/4/2023 said he was waiting on the part. Today a coworker said she could get to his ******** page and we can't therefore we are blocked. We have been trying to get this fixed since October and still it is not resolved. There were previous issues with the filter that have not been resolved as well.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and at this time find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Hoping nothing happens when we change to air conditioning.
