Kyle K***** of Real Audio LLC quoted me $6,800.00 (Total) on April 5, 2022, for multiple services FOR MY NEW VEHICLE, including: 1. Installing a high-end, amplified sound system (Maestro brand Speakers, Amp & Subwoofer). 2. Installing Electronics (vehicle lighting, sensors, & live-video rearview-mirror packages, front seat heaters). I immediately paid KYLE K*****, DBA Real Audio LLC, owner-manager, $4,000.00 Down on April 5, 2022.   I Feel that Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC of Erie PA has committed FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, BROKEN PROMISES & OUTRIGHT THEFT Against me throughout 2022.
  
  
  Kyle K***** of Real Audio LLC quoted me $6,800.00 (Total) on April 5, 2022, for multiple services FOR MY NEW VEHICLE, including:
  Installing a high-end, amplified sound system (Maestro brand Speakers, Amp & Subwoofer).
  Installing Electronics (vehicle lighting, sensors, & live-video rearview-mirror packages, front seat heaters).
  I immediately paid KYLE K*****, DBA Real Audio LLC, owner-manager, $4,000.00 Down on April 5, 2022. ($1,000.00 in cash, $3,000.00 on credit card), & proceeded to enter my allegedly- “repaired” Mercedes SUV vehicle which Kyle said was finally “done” after being in their possession for many weeks.
  — TO MY HORROR, I discovered my large, expensive, in-dash, high-end Pioneer DVD Radio that Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC had previously installed was BROKEN while in their lengthy-2022 possession. I REFUSED to accept delivery of my Mercedes SUV until the Pioneer Radio was Repaired or Replaced by Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC. Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC tried to convince me that having a broken, non-working sound system wouldn’t affect the value of my Mercedes if I sell it. --That’s Ridiculous. I still wanted my Mercedes sound system working for me, whether I eventually sell it or not. I HAD PREVIOUSLY PAID KYLE K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, $6,000 for my Mercedes system & it is still Very Valuable to me. I ended up paying Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, ANOTHER $450.00 by credit card to replace that mysteriously-broken radio, plus multiple Cash Labor payments to his employees.
  
  
  I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC, for my additional $4,000.00.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC HAS HAD MY MONEY FOR OVER 8 MONTHS.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC HAS FAILED TO PERFORM ANY PROMISED WORK ON MY NEW VEHICLE FOR 8 MONTHS.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC KEPT MISREPRESENTING & CONTRADICTING THE STORY & KEPT DRAGGING THINGS OUT.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC HAS FAILED TO DELIVER ON PROMISES, JUST DELAYS & NONPERFORMANCE.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC NEVER GIVES WRITTEN CONTRACTS to me.
  Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC delayed my job 11 weeks until June 20, 2022, so they could “knock it out in 3 days.”
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC, postponed my appointment & Bypassed my Bank’s 90-day VISA Customer Refund Window, which are Federal Consumer Protections involving Banking Regulations.
  WE HAD BEEN Friendly enough that Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, asked me for $30,000.00 to refinance his
  
  small business loan. —I Couldn’t Loan this fellow $30,000.00.
  
  
  These RED FLAGS, multiple bad experiences & Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, unfulfilled promises during 2022, led me to cancel my June 20 Installation Appointment & request my money back. KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC, CLAIMED HE ALREADY POSSESSED MY SPEAKERS & SYSTEM, & said he couldn’t start refunding my money for two months, until August.
  
  
  June 20, 2022, I delivered my new vehicle to Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC for the 3-day job. On the sixth day, Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, called me June 25 to drive in & talk. When I arrived, Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, told me my new car’s new System was “SO AWESOME” that he had locked it inside his garage while we talked so I couldn’t see it until “the Big Reveal!!” --Kyle said, “we’ll finish up.”
  
  
  I phoned Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, 2 days later, Monday June 27, because I needed to have my new car back immediately. Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, balked, saying he needed a couple hours, but it was an emergency for me. When Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, employees brought my new car to me, NOT ONE BIT OF WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON MY PROMISED, PREPAID JOB. One Employee told me, “We expect that all your speakers will be arriving ANY DAY NOW.” I noticed that Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, NEVER OPENED THE BOX OF PARTS (described above) that I had provided him, that we’d agreed upon was included in our Deal. They hadn’t done anything, even with the other devices they already had in their possession. I couldn’t believe the Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, LEVEL OF DECEPTION, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. That was the Final Straw for me. That Killed our Deal.
  
  
  Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, had done Nothing in June, subsequently Relocated his Real Audio LLC Store, Never Informed me, and Kept all my money.
  
  
  In addition to my $4,000.00 prepayment, my $450 to replace the mysteriously-broken radio, my cash payments to his workers for installing that radio, the Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, unfulfilled promises, delays, unrealistic-unmet deadlines forcing me to rent multiple vehicles for weeks, his deceptions, my countless wasted trips during the delays, & Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, now-apparent-theft has cost me $3,000.00 more.
  
  
  Since January 2022, my Total Losses from Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC are nearly $8,000.00. Apparently, Kyle K***** DBA Real Audio LLC, used my $4,000.00 down payment for his own needs, after I told him I couldn’t lend him $30,000.00.
  
  
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC DIDN’T DO ANY OF THE PREPAID WORK ON MY NEW CAR.
  KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC HAS NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY MONEY FOR OVER 8 MONTHS.
  I INSIST THAT KYLE K***** DBA REAL AUDIO LLC GIVES ME ALL MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.
