On August 27th 2024 I hired jumpto1 for search engine optimization, and to keep my website up to date and ran smoothly. I was told that if I paid the year subscription for $4000 they would also build me a professional website. I paid the money on August 27th, they gave me a project manager his name was ***** ****, he gave me directions to download an app called base camp so I did. We had back and forth communication and together we were building the website. He would ask me questions and have me send photos to put on the website. He sent me the **** draft and it looked *************** November ***** had me pay for a hosting website by the name of namecheap and told me he was taking the last steps to publish the website. In the contract It states that the year subscription starts once the website is published. A few days went by and I reached out to ***** , he said that he and his family had Covid and that he would reach out in a week , that was on November 26th 2024. I have called them 3 times and every time they tell me that they are giving me a new project manager and that I will hear from the new project manager by the end of the day . I have never been contacted as stated by them by anyone. I have just started my small business and was depending on this service to help me look more professional and get me noticed on ******. I am now out $4000 dollars and havent received any services that were promised.

At the end of August 2024, I agreed to a *********** provided by Jumpto1 for a one year term. They were paid 5k Canadian to boost SEO, improve website content, post social media content, all with timely communication with me as the business owner. There were several issues, ranging from the timeliness of work being done, poor communication, lack of results, and now stonewalling me despite several attempts to talk to someone about my account. During my 4 months with the company, my account manager also changed three times without notice. When I called two weeks ago I was told that the three people associated with my account were no longer with the company, and was promised a supervisor would call me after they reviewed my case. Its been two more weeks and it seems they are screening both my calls and emails. I have written documentation that says if there are low results or I am unsatisfied with their work, that I am entitled to a prorated refund. What I am asking for is reasonable and I have many emails and texts that show the incompetent service I received.
