    A representative of TSI called me and provided only her name and, after I asked, the name of the company but would only say, when asked about the nature of her call, that TSI represents "the interests of their clients". I asked what was the nature of the interests about which she was calling and she said she would note my response and hung up on me. I found an email that I had received previously from TSI and saw which "client" they were "representing the interests" of and called them. I found out there that my balance owed is less than what TSI is trying to collect.

    This company assigns something known as "zombie debt" to consumers, basically they go out and purchase old accounts that have not been settled at a fraction of the cost, then assign to consumers in the market. This is how they scam their way into staying in business and use their trickery to avoid any legal action. Something like this happened to me. One day in Spring of 2023, I got a call from "Transworld Systems" saying I owed a $1000 debt to ******* for some delinquent plan. Immediately I knew it was a scam as I use T-Mobile, so I did more research on them and filed a dispute. After some time, I check my credit and it had a collection of that amount on there from Transworld Systems ***** which has still not been settled to this day. I have tried everything from multiple disputes of the account, checking with the debtor themselves, and even filing a police report on the matter. However, nothing has worked and the collection still remains to this day affecting my credit. Beware of these and similar scammers using these tactics to target you. Consistently check your credit file in the 3 credit agencies and if you see something suspect, dispute and report immediately. I've been fighting this battle for two years now because I will not pay something that I do not owe.

    This company had an account from ********** in ************* that belonged to my elderly (77 yrs old) mother who was on oxygen and was charged for a 900 square foot apartment no less then $500 a month. She was on a fixed budget. She called and made payment arrangements with this collection agency and came to an agreement to settle for a certain amount. This company took $700 and when the final payment was about to be made they sent back the money and reported her account to the *************'s sending her score down 80 points.

    This company is fraudulent. They called me aggressively requesting i verify my social so they could continue speaking to me about a delinquent **************** account that i did not have. After i asked for the last 5 digits of the card they were referring to the agent transferred me to someone else that insisted i needed to give my social in order to get the last four of the account they said i had. I advised them that i spoke with **************** directly just a matter of days ago and NONE of my accounts are delinquent so i will NOT give my social to a random company i have never heard of that is also giving my incorrect information. Please protect yourselves and make sure you get names so you can report these people properly. Thankfully i have a daughter that is well versed in consumer law.

    They dinged my credit 18 points for a T-mobile account I never had! I called T-moblie and I never had an account with T-mobile! They insist I owe them money!

    I received a collection letter regarding a debt that was addressed with the original creditor in claims court. The case was dismissed because the original creditor failed to appear. I've submitted a dispute notice which included A my consumer info B issue default loan/served papers C Court judgement/case dismissed D Requested the date TSI acquired this account from original creditor (****************).The response I received from TSI was a copy of agreement with original creditor. That is NOT what I asked for. Very unsatisfied with TSI follow through. This account is closed and no money is owed.

    I started working at TSI (Transworld Systems **** September 3rd, 2024 as a **************** Representative. I have been clocking in and out at 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. My class started on a Tuesday (the day after Labor day). The last payday was September 13th (Friday) and my class was supposed to receive pay via direct deposit but instead they informed us that we may receive paper checks for the first round of pay for verification purposes. Fast forward to payday and a handful of my classmates received direct deposits but majority of the class did not receive any pay including myself. Another week and an additional week goes by and at this point and I have informed my trainer and HR *** directed me to ADP but ADP is telling me that the checks were already sent out to TSI. I confirmed my address with HR *** and it was correct. It is now 9/22/2024 and I still have not received my first check but still show up for my shift everyday ON time. Another payroll is approaching on 9/27/2024 and I am hoping I receive that check and my first check as well. This is unacceptable for anyone to work for free basically and no urgency to help.
