    Hello, Order #16043 I ordered a set of 2.5 inlet x 4.5 outlet tips from Mishimoto and was disappointed. Tips arrived with scuffs and a few dings. Also did not fit my vehicle due to the website not having the length of the tip so it ended up being too long. Then for return process, all someone sent was an address and thats all. At least ask me what can you do to help or fix the situation. Plus a 12 percent restocking fee for something they did not advertise correctly online? Also says you can’t return it unless it’s “unopened”…what?? Makes no sense. Obviously I need to open it and see if they fit. Either way, they made their money on an incorrect item that is dinged up. want to charge me a fee to restock AND pay for shipping when it wasn’t my fault? “Sorry” isn’t going to cut it. Customer service is not where is should be. Not cool.

    Hello Chris, We apologize that you feel this was a poor experience. Without additional context, we can only speculate as to the reason for this. Mishimoto offers a limited lifetime warranty for all products. The warranty is limited to product failures linked to manufacturing-related defects for the original purchaser of the item. Meaning, that if the item is physically damaged, it may not be covered. The same goes for a customer without documentation of the original purchase from an authorized reseller. All Warranty details are listed clearly on our website on a dedicated Warranty page and apologize if a portion of the warranty procedures were not made clear during the call. As with all claims, our team will offer a discounted replacement if for any reason we cannot fully cover the item.     I paid for 3-5 day shipping, and they just shipped it as a typical package. They refused to refund my additional charge even though I did not get the service I paid for from them. Additionally, they sent a link for a service ticket to nowhere.

    Hello Nick, We apologize that you feel this was a poor experience. The order in question was created on Memorial Day (5/27) when both Mishimoto and all shipping carriers were closed. We promptly shipped the order within 1 business day upon our return. Looking over this order, the "Standard" shipping method was chosen which provides delivery within 3-5 business days as confirmed on our checkout page. Unfortunately, weekends and holidays are excluded as they are not considered business days. Upon searching your order, we can confirm this order was delivered on the 5th business day. As a courtesy, we will refund the shipping payment paid.

    I contacted Mishimoto because the condenser on the radiator/condenser assembly for my 370z was damaged. They offered to warranty it even though I was out of the time window, and they went the extra mile in providing me quick delivery and kept in contact with me throughout the process. Overall I was very impressed. I'm honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews on them, everything I've ever bought from them has been fantastic and I've always experienced great customer service.

    Mishimoto refused to price match something from Amazon. I asked if Amazon was an authorized seller of Mishimoto products. Their answer was yes. I asked why they can't price match one of their own authorized distributors. The were rude and said "they are probably selling a used or defective item" and "they certainly didn't buy it from us at that price" I called in the interest of supporting their company and purchasing direct from the source. I left the conversation feeling genuinely insulted. I will spend the extra money to buy parts from anywhere else besides this company in the future.

A large deviation from the pricing shown on our website, and with our trusted sellers, would indicate there may be an issue with the item - prevent you from receiving assistance through our Warranty program if you should ever need it. Again, we apologize if you took tone out of the text in a negative way as it seems the rep was doing everything possible to assist you with making the best decision possible.

(1/5) I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Mishimoto radiators, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with both their product quality and customer service. Not only did I receive a cracked radiator upon delivery, but the company's handling of the situation has been nothing short of abysmal. To start with, the fact that I received a damaged radiator in the first place is unacceptable. It's clear evidence of poor quality control and negligence on Mishimoto's part. One would expect a reputable company to ensure that their products are properly inspected and packaged before shipping them to customers. However, in my case, I was unfortunate enough to receive a defective item. The real nightmare began when I reached out to Mishimoto's customer service department for assistance. I explained the issue and was promised that they would send me a form to initiate the return and replacement process. However, two weeks have passed since then, and I have yet to receive any form or even a proper response from the company. Instead, I have been given the runaround, with empty promises and excuses. This lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected responsible and efficient customer service, especially when dealing with a faulty product. Mishimoto's failure to address my concerns shows a complete disregard for their customers and a lack of accountability for their own products. Adding insult to injury, my dissatisfaction led me to look up online reviews of Mishimoto radiators, only to find that many other customers have had similar experiences. According to these reviews, a significant portion of Mishimoto's products are reportedly defective, and the company has a reputation for not standing behind their products. This further reaffirms my belief that Mishimoto's quality control and customer service leave much to be desired.

    Terrible customer service. Terel was rude and condescending from the start. Got a part that had a defect but because it wasn’t visible on the outside there should be no issue? What kind of QC is that? Spent 135$ and could have gotten better QC and CS from a Amazon seller at 30$. They then want to charge me to ship the defect back to them and then charge me again to ship the placement to me…wow. And the snotty Terel then hung up on me. I was going to buy a radiator from them, thank goodness I didn’t. Their reviews are AWFUL!! Stay away from Mishimoto!

    Mishimoto reached out to me to use my 2022 VW GTI for some R&D projects. First time they had my car they forgot to attach my hood release. I reached out to them. They promptly brought it in to fix it. Upon my cars return there was damage to plastic trim around the hood release. I didn’t say anything because I was happy to be able to open my hood. 8/21/23 they took my car for R&D again and returned the car to me with damage on the hood. They dropped my car off at my job and left the keys with my receptionist and left. Didn’t give me a chance to look at my car with them or anything. Now they are fighting me to fix my car. They do not want to accept responsibility.

Additionally, two other colleagues looked over your vehicle right before its departure and confirmed that the damage was not present when the vehicle was dropped off at your place of work.
