**** assured my son and myself on 4/29/23 delivery with the purchase of a new lawn tractor. Paid for the tractor by check in full on 5/4/23. Then was told there would be a delivery fee $99. Plus .99 cents per mile. We are 22 miles away. They agreed to deliver free when up our way. 3 weeks later no tractor.My check was cashed 5/9/23. I wanted it delivered next week or cancel the sale. They cancelled and mailed me a check for $4132.94.Deposited in my checking account on 5/26/23. Received notice from my bank on 6/1023 the check didnt clear. I called Tractor Brothers 6/12:23 was told a new check was issued. They refused to pay the $11 returned check fee I was charged by my bank. So here I am over a month later and I have yet to receive the $4132.94 owed to me plus the $11. bank fee. They told me no one delivers free. 4 Ways in New Castle delivers free. We should have been told at the onset there was a delivery charge. Sad they threw this sale away for $144. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They are not buyer friendly!Review from John P

Review of ******** Tractors, LLC : We purchased a Husqvarna two-stage snow thrower from our local, ****** Tractor Supply in late fall 2022. After using it only two times this winter, I went to get it yesterday (1/31/23) and found that the power propelled tires would not work.I Contacted Tractor Supply and they essentially stated that because I did not purchase the extended warranty through them that there was noting they could (or wanted to) do.Since Husqvarna has a three year warranty from the manufacturer, I located my local authorized dealer and found this to be ******** Tractor in ******. I phoned them on the morning of 1/31/23 to see about getting my snow blower in for service and they came and picked it up within three hours of my contacting them (for a $79 fee)They took the machine to their shop and again, within another couple of hours this same day told me that a belt had slipped loose and charged a fee to re-align it.They scheduled return delivery to my home for two days post repair (2/2/23). This, to me, is a significant turn-around timeframe especially in the middle of winter. In addition, all people whom I spoke to (****, ****, ******), were extremely courteous and professional.
