I'm very pleased with the computer. I need to learn more about and would like to learn more about how to use it. It's easier to use than other computers. I'm happy with the telikin. The support group is very helpful, they are better helpers than other support teams. I seem to lose track on how to use the telikin, so I am always constantly calling, and its good to know somebody is there.Review from Hank S

You cannot believe how refreshing it is to speak with your support department. First of all, being based here in the *** is extremely helpful to us with old ears. Secondly, the genuine, interest, and patience your support staff has always shown me is second to none. Thank you much appreciated and please accept my most sincere gratitude.Review from Shelley J

At 9:19am CST i called this cimepany to order the computer for my 82 year old mother who received a flyer from Teliken in the mail. As soon as I got on the phone, I had explained to the *** that we were ready to buy - he immediately asked if I could get my mother on the phone so he could explain the features to her. I told him no because she wouldnt understand anything he is saying because she is not computer literate. So he continued with the features and how great the company was for 10 min. He ask a question to which I was not listening because again I TOLD HE WE WERE READY TO PURCHASE!!! I was employed by **** and obtained a CCNA certificate, i think I know something about computers especially one so basic for seniors. He then said if he couldnt explain the system, he wouldnt be selling the computer to me. I immediately hung up. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Review from Dina M

As a visually impaired individually and unable to do most of the things that need to be done your operators are best in the world they are courteous and knowledgeable and i wouldn't be able to use my computer with out there assistance.Review from Pearl T

I like my Telikin. I have liked everyone I have ever talked to including, *****, he was very helpful to me. I like everything bout the Telikin and the people they are nice. I've never had any problems with them and I think they are great. It's a good computer even though its a Telikin. Very informative!Review from Donna f
