    Awful business. Terrible experience. Bought BRAND new ****** ISX3300i mower. Stopped running after 18 hours. Dealer refuses to come get it and wants to charge me to haul it - mind you mower cost $18,000. Dealer was also rude and hung up on me after waiting on hold for 25 minutes.

    Dear BBB Thank you for bringing this Customers complaint to our attention. We take Customer Satisfaction very seriously and work hard to ensure our Customers know how much we care. In this case, ********************************* called in to our ****** store location on 6/28/24 to discuss repairing his ****** lawnmower which was originally purchased by ***************************** on 10/23/23. ********************************* requested we come out to his property to fix his unit. We explained his machine would need to be brought into the shop to be diagnosed and we gave ****************** our scheduling expectations along with estimated costs for pick-up and delivery fees. ****************** expressed disappointment that we couldn't repair his machine in a more expeditious manner. ****************** asked to speak with our Store Manager who listened generously to his concerns and again shared our scheduling timeframe. ****************** then demanded we drop him off a loaner (like his local ****** dealer does) and repair his unit under warranty. We explained we do not offer loaners, and reiterated there would be a hauling/travel fee and we would not be able to diagnose his unit until the week of July 15th, 2024. Although we would love to be able to meet all Customers expectations, sometimes, despite our best efforts, we are not always able to do so. We stand ready to assist ****************** with any of his service needs and would love the opportunity to regain his confidence in us.     I bought a new John Deere tractor from M&R. I received same in November 2023. I used it very little over winter, and noticed an oil leak. I called M&R in early March of 2024. They picked up said tractor on 12 Mar 2024. It took them until 29 Mar 2024 to allegedly fix the leak. When they returned the tractor, it still leaked. They again picked up the tractor on 1 Apr 2024. Today is 17 May 2024, and they still have the tractor. I have called numerous times with negative results. John Deere was notified and they advised me to go to a different dealer, but M&R has the tractor. They told me they were working on it, but they obviously lied. The first time they took it in, they had it for 17 days, and the repair order indicated that they worked on it for four hours. The tractor cost me nearly $40,000, and I had to borrow a tractor from a neighbor to at least mow my yard. I contacted my attorney, who advised me that he has a number of people with complaints about M&R. My advice is to find another dealer, and totally avoid M&R. They certainly don't care about their customers after they take your money, and forget about service, because there just isn't any.

    Dear BBB Thank you for bringing this Customer complaint to our attention. Please know we take matters like this very seriously as Customer satisfaction is a primary goal of ours.In this case, the Customer did have an issue with his machine which we have taken care of for him under the warranty coverage that came with his purchase. Although we wish the Customer never experienced the problem, we did repair all needed repairs at no cost to the Customer in accordance with our upfront agreement with him.The Customer now has their machine back and appears to be satisfied at this time. We will continue to follow up with this Customer to ensure their satisfaction and hopefully win their confidence back in us.Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions relating to this matter.Thank you again.Sincerely

    I just bought a used 2016 35d mini excavator from m&r power equipment at the hermitage store when signing the papers salesman told me they would clean it, fill with fuel, change oil and filter and grease it. Guess what got done. Nothing. I would just like people to know just what kind of liars work for this company. I highly recommend you stay far far away from these liars. P. S they gave two hats for promotion.i burned them.

    We are thankful that this Customer reached out to the BBB regarding their dissatisfaction with our services. Although the Customer could have reached out directly to us, there was a misunderstanding which made the Customer feel like they needed another outlet to express their concerns. I spoke with Mr. ******* directly and listened to his concerns. He felt that we had made promises to him and never intended to honor them. Based on his perceptions, I can see why he was upset. I explained that we had a miscommunication on our part which prevented us from delivering his equipment as he expected and was promised. After reviewing the situation with Mr. *******, we were pleased to schedule a technician to go out to his residence to provide the services as promised and agreed to. This work has been scheduled with Mr. ******* and we will follow up to ensure his satisfaction. Although we strive to thoroughly satisfy every Customer without any issues or dissatisfaction, unfortunately, there are times when something doesn't quite go right and we and pleased to have the opportunity to make it right for our Customers.
