Returns Policy

Have confidence in ordering with Trashcans Unlimited, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may returnthe item for a refund within 30 days of receiving merchandise lessshipping costs, excluding CUSTOM products, CLEARANCE products, NONRETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE PARTS or any product clearly marked NONRETURNABLE in the products description. In the event that you need toreturn a product, please Email Us for a return authorization form and return instructions. Returns arenot accepted without prior authorization. Returns on items will beaccepted within 30 days of receipt and a refund will be credited back toyour credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.Return freight charges and arrangements are the responsibility of thepurchaser. We do not give refunds for return shipping costs. Returnsmust be received back resalable in original cartons and packagingUNUSED. Return damage insurance is recommended. Damage claims are the responsibility of the shipper, you. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.
Due to the fact that a majority of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer our items carry a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from yourrefund should you wish to make a return. These would be large itemreturns that need to be sent back to the manufacturer in which a 25% -30% restocking fee is imposed on Trashcans Unlimited, LLC for allreturns sent back to the manufacturer. Returns sent back directly to ourwarehouse carry a 20% restocking fee.
Whydo we charge a restocking fee? In order to keep our prices as low aspossible for our customers. When an item is returned there areadditional costs involved in processing the return. Instead of raisingprices to compensate we only charge an extra fee to the customer makingthe return. This allows us to continue to provide everyday low prices toall.

Youshould expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving yourpackage to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive arefund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit timefor us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refundrequest (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item,simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders"link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.We'll notify you via e-mail of your return instructions. Free Shipping Items: If you return a free shipping item, and the reason for return is not a result of a Trashcans Unlimited error, the cost TrashcansUnlimited paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from yourrefund.
