Fortune is a misfortune! Don't use their service even if you don't have a choice. Better to make a wish that a camel will drop from the sky to carry you where you're going. They messed up my medical appointment trip(s). Dishonest - My notification clearly stated they were the provider for my trip however when I called the gentleman told me they were not. This is after waiting for my ride for over an hour and 30 mins close to my appointment. After escalating to the company who hired them they told the company they didn't have a driver for the trip which was completely different from what they told me. There should be a no star rating and even a negative star rating. 3rd trip I had to find an alternate way. Main provider also cancelled all my trips without notifying me. Messed up my appointments and I wasn't feeling well. I don't normally make posts like these but they just have a total disregard for peoples time. Read the review below. I'm wondering if the company is having problems or is just used to providing crappy service. Maybe they are doing well and don't need the money.

IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ROLL THE DICE ON THE RELIABILITY OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, then book Fortune Transportation. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Fortune Transportation on my wedding day was completely unacceptable. In the beginning, Ilona and Len were very nice, responsive and accommodating. I was able to easily book my reservation and confirm my itinerary with them leading up to my wedding day. They were scheduled to pick me and my wedding party up at 1pm on the day of my wedding, but called and left a message 45 minutes before our pick up stating that the limo bus was on its way, but had battery issues and broke down on the side of the road. He claimed they were trying to fix it and would get back to me. My wedding planner started communicating with them to see if they could send another vehicle instead and they told her they "would work on it". I (the bride) called 2 hours later, as we were then falling behind schedule, and Len told me that they were still working on the limo bus and they did not have any other vehicles they could send to assist with transportation. He did not express an apology or any concern for our situation and simply stated he would call me back once they figured out what was going on with the bus or he would refund our money if he could not pick us up. That was the last conversation I had with them. No one from Fortune ever called me back that day or even the next day to apology or express remorse for leaving us stranded. To add insult to injury, Fortune did not voluntarily refund my money. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card a week later. Their customer service is truly HORRIBLE. Save yourself some grief and select a company who has a reliable car fleet and/or large enough fleet who can send alternate transportation if plan A does not work out - Not Fortune Transportation.
