Signed daughter up for St. ***** 3/24 camp as Christmas present. Paid initial $200 deposit 12/23 and made additional payments jan-mar $900 in full. Was told if bad weather would have indoors. Well bad weather happened said couldnt find available indoor facility, although I can name 5 off top of my head locally. Okay so then told camp would be rescheduled. Don't hear anything for months...then told would have camp in ******** in Sept. Cool let's do it. Come Sept. and receive text saying that St. ***** canceled but would we be interested in KC ,MO camp. I declined due to not original agreement , the 4hrs one way travel, hotel becaue who would drive 8hrs roundtrip for 3 days, and take off work. Not feasible. I requested full refund plus the $40 on hoodie I ordered. Ghosted no response to calls, texts emails, fb msgs. NOTHING. luckily I kept all communication and paid with cc. Disputed charges and got $640 back. $ *********************** and I will never see it. I wish would have done my research on the bad business practice.

I signed my daughter up for catching camp to occur the weekend of 6/19. I laid a $200 deposit online. Before I agreed to the camp I asked if there is bad weather if they have indoor facilities. Tom said yes. Come the weekend of the camp we had bad weather and he did NOT in fact have a facility. Tom deceived me. He asked I move dates.I was not available for the new dates he suggested and since he did not keep up his side of the agreement I asked for a refund. He said I would have it in 3 business days. That was a month ago. He is no longer responding to communication attempts I have made. I want my money back!

I was contacted by Tom with All American Collegiate catchers camp 7-28-22, about a softball camp for my daughter. He explained the camp and wanted to know if we were interested asked that I pay $200 to secure her spot, and I should receive an email with paperwork in about two weeks. Well that never happened I texted and called the number he called me from requesting information that I never received. I got a group text about 8-24-22 with several other parents just generic no pertinent information. I texted again because the camp is upcoming 10-10-22 and I still had not received anything in writing foo the camp. I requested a refund due to poor communication, and I was contacted by several other moms in the group text saying that the camp is $850 and I was not informed of that. I spoke with Tom and he refused to give me a refund although he never sent any information to me in writing. He told me "I'm losing money and the $200 is non-refundable". I explained I have no paperwork or correspondence saying this and his reply was "Well I have it written in my notes" I explained those are his notes but I have nothing. I would like my $200 refunded due to misrepresentation of services and lack of communication and expectations.

I made an online deposit of $200.00 and signed up my 9 year old daughter for a catcher clinic. Tom, who I believe is the director called me and suggested that she was a little to young for the long version of the camp. He recommended coming to a 1.5 hour lesson vs the longer version for $125.00. He said that a refund of the $75.00 would be given at the camp. Tom said he would send this when he got back to his office. This never happened. I have called, emailed and messaged several times about this with no response. I would like to get my refund of $75.00 back like I was promised. I took Tom as a trusting person that his word meant something.

On April 3, 2022 I spoke with Tom about my daughter and his camp. I paid the deposit on the website. Originally there were two camps in Ohio...one in Cincinnati and one in Columbus. When we got final confirmation on time and place the Cincinnati camp was no longer taking place so we were placed the in the Columbus camp. On June 21, 2022 Bethany contacted me via text to get my daughter scheduled for her time. I told her the 2:30pm time slot. On July 4, 2022 Bethany called me to tell me they were cancelling the the camp due to the threat of rain the rest of the week and they did not have a indoor facility to move to. She tried to move us the PA camp the next week which was not doable. I have sent texts, emailed and called attempting to get my deposit refunded. They will not return any form on communication. I use a tracking service on emails so I know that have read it! I have screen shots and all the paperwork and no where does it say the deposit is non-refundable. If it had said that I would not have signed her up for the camp. I have attached all of the written paperwork I received along with screen shots of of their website showing that it never states that the deposit is non refundable.
