    On July 13, 2023, I placed an order on Spa Elegance's website for 2 pairs of Yeah Baby Unisex Santera pants in size 2XL, color black. The total order cost $102.86. I recieved a confirmation email on July 14. The order I received on July 21, 2023 was not what I ordered: there were 2 pairs of Charcoal color pants in size XL, by the same brand. The packing slip matched my original order, but the contents of the box didn't. July 24 I sent an email to the address listed at the bottom of my packing slip, detailing the order with no response. July 28 I called the company's phone number to obtain a Return Authorization Number to send the pants back for a refund. The woman on the phone told me that the person who would be able to assist me, hadn't arrived at work yet, but that she would leave a message for her concerning my order. They did call back, but I missed her call. I called that number back, again I reached the original woman who took my first message. July 30 I sent another email, detailing the incorrect order and the phone calls, along with a request for an Return Authorization Number to be emailed to me, as I feared I wouldn't be able to get one via phone due to my conflicting work schedule. On the website it said the return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Aug. 3 I resent the second email. That same day someone, who was neither of the first two women from the phone calls nor the person i sent the emails to, contacted me concerning the order-- I spoke with her, and gave her details about the order, and the email attempts to reach someone about the Return Authorization Number. She assured me that she would get one sent to me and that when I received it that I would have to send it via UPS ground. As of today August 14, 2023, I have not received any emails or correspondence about the Return Authorization Number.
