            On April 19, 2023 I contacted Matts Honey Do Serivce to replace an exterior shed door. I was given a cost of $300 to replace the shed door. We agreed on the price and I gave approval to complete project. The project was completed in several days and I was satisfied with the project. Mr. Inscho was paid in full by April 21. About a month after project was completed, I noticed that the shed door became very warped and pulled away from the door frame of the shed. At that time I called Mr. Inscho and asked that he inspect the replaced door. He assured me that he would review his work and advise what he was going to do to correct flaw in replaced door. Since mid May, I have text Mr. I***** several times asking that he correct situation. He assures me he will fix problem, but was of June 23, door continues to warp and whenit rains, water enters shed. I want the job done correctly or the return of my $300.

            Mother paid 200$ to his service to install a water pump. Installed 20 amp on 15 amp circuit. Fried circuit. Will not respond.

            I have no record of voice-mail, text messages or emails from customer. I told customer that the supply line from pond was frozen and possibly broken, that they needed to wait to turn on the pump until water came from taps and make sure there was still a prim on the pump. I dont believe these instructions were followed ad the pump is solely for added pressure, the supply is a pond above the trailer and is gravity fed. As for burning up a circuit that would be impossible as if the draw was more than a circuit could handle IE a 30 amp device on a 15 amp breaker it would trip the breaker and a 15 amp device on a 30 amp breaker is how most devices operate. As for the price I charged very low considering the environment I was working and was trying to be generous considering today's economy and the living conditions the complainant is allowing year parents to live in.
