    I am trying to reach out to you in regards to an order that I have never received that was placed back in September 2023. After multiple conversations over text message and after having payment received and receiving an invoice from you, I have never received my product that I have ordered. It is now been over a year and a half I have not received my product and also have had no communication from anyone in your company or yourself.I understand that there was some miscommunication about a dispute, which had been canceled as per your request to receive my product however, since canceling my dispute, I never received my product as I was guaranteed. This has caused some issues as I have not received my product or had any communication with you or the company or received any update on my product. At this point in time I would like a refund for my product as my credit card has been charged for a product I never received.If I do not receive this refund on my credit card, I will be taking action and filing a lawsuit against you and your company. I hope that we do not need to take it to this extreme and I hope that you understand my request for refund for a product that I never received.Sharing this to either get this seller to get me my product at minimum

    I first emailed ***** at Wise Detailz in March 2024 looking to get custom work done on headlights I already own. I was looking for a chrome delete, heart halos, and clear projector lenses. I had the halos and Bluetooth controller already supplied that I sent with my headlights. I live in ******, so I had to send everything in the mail. I paid $1114.79 CND to ***** to have the work done. About 2 weeks later I did receive my headlights back, however the hardware I supplied was not used. ***** used his own supplied stuff at no extra cost. I wasn't the most happy over the Bluetooth controller or the heart halos ***** supplied as I found the controller confusing and the halos to be of less quality than the ones I supplied. ***** had an explanation for why he didn't want to use my stuff and did not charge me extra for using his hardware. I didn't not receive my hardware back. Upon installation, I wasn't able to adjust the beams on my headlights. I noticed a rattle sound in one of the headlights and was able to shake out a broken plastic piece from inside of the headlight. I don't know if something broke during shipping, or even during install. I put no blame on anyone for the damage, however I emailed pictures to ***** and he said to send them back. I sent them back in the mail to ***** and have never had an update or received my headlights back. It had cost me about $300 in shipping each time I sent the headlights in the mail. I sent 2 emails to ***** in August 2024. He responded on the 2nd email saying he will send the headlights back with a tracking number. I never received confirmation on my headlights being sent back, I never received a tracking number, and I never received my headlights back. It is now September 16, 2024 and I have sent 2 emails and left a voicemail with no response from *****. I have spent over $3000 CND between the headlights, shipping, hardware, and paying *****. I highly suggest avoiding this business.

    I hate that I have to do this, but I think its important to share my experience with Wise Detailz aka *******************. In January 2023, I purchased a set of custom headlights for my Acura TSX from *****. I received them roughly 3 weeks later. Fast forward to January of this year. My build was finished and I was able to install the headlights and noticed there was an issue with condensation inside the lens and the lights werent work properly I contacted ***** and explained what was going on. He was receptive and told me to send them back, that he would fix the issue and do things right. I was appreciative of this and trusted ****** word. Finally, on April 3rd I reached out to him outlining our interactions and the lack of communication throughout the process. He acknowledged this and briefly explained why hes been unable to communicate or complete the headlights. He went as far as saying I assure you your lights will be going out this upcoming week. I just need the weekend to finish them. But he did not do anything at all. He didnt answer my text or phone calls. At this point I was done. I was tired of waiting and being run around. I explained to him to either ship me the headlights so I could get someone else to fix them or Id have no choice but to go get them myself.I decided to make the drive that afternoon and just go get my headlights. When I arrived I told ***** who I was and why I was there. He went and got my box with my headlights, only for me to realize he never even opened the box I shipped him. He was never fixing them. He was never waiting for parts. I appreciated him offering to get them corrected but I did not appreciate to continuous run around. Ive lost another 3 months that I couldve been driving my car around and who knows how much more itll cost to get these fixed.***** has also blocked me on Instagram. No communication. No apology for never even checking the lights out. Nothing Just blocked me from all the media social
