    I made a purchase on 03/27/2023 in the amount of $63.98 for a pair of shoes (Corky’s Hey Girl Wannabe Platform Adjustable Sandals) advertised by Shawna Morgan in a Facebook group. The link in the post took me to her website, annieandabby.com. I completed my purchase, order #1056. After making the purchase, I asked in the comments on the Facebook post if the items were RTS (ready to ship). I asked once without response. I asked again a day or so later and Shawna Morgan replied by saying "no as stated on the website the are a preorder eta 7-10 biz days". On the website, in the item description, the item actually states "ETA 5 to7 business days" (link to product here: https://annieandabby.com/products/preorder-corky-s-hey-girl-wannabe-platform-adjustable-sandals?_pos=2&_sid=b95ba5545&_ss=r). Today, 04/17/2023, makes 16 days from the date of purchase. I have tried to connect with the business via the chat option and I continue to get automated responses that say my order is "awaiting fulfillment". I have yet to get a response from a live person after 2 attempts. My order is past the timeframe specified by both the boutique owner and the website and I have not been given the option for a refund or to accept the late shipping date. After I made my purchase, other individuals who have also made purchases from this business began making posts in the group about no receiving their orders. One individual even stated she has been waiting 6 months for an item. The owner has been known to block individuals within the group when confronted about orders that haven't been received. She makes multiple claims including that she works 12-hour shifts at a hospital, says she doesn't have enough staff, says she is closing her boutique, etc.

    I bought items from a live show on 9/28—the total for the items were $129.80. I received the tracking number of the thing that was shipped out to me. I received one item but found out the package was very light and when opened it only had one shirt on the package. I contacted the seller immediately to let her know the problem then proceeded with a Paypal claim they ended up closing the claimed due to the seller providing information about the case. After much investigation with USPS and Paypal, I went ahead and appleade the case since USPS was able to track the package and they provided me with a picture the picture clearly states that the package does not weigh the 6lb 1oz the seller had stated it only weight 11oz. I was able to appeal the case since USPS was able to verify that the weight did not match what the seller had input herself on the tracking sheet. I was also informed that the package was not brought into a USPS location and it was just scanned in at her house. She also stated she could provide information about the weight of the item from the time she shipped it to the time it was delivered to my address. I advised USPS about that matter and said she has no way of tracking the package like that since it is their system and they know how to work it unless she is trying to trick the system someway of them not knowing. The seller also blocked me from all social media and made videos stating that I was trying to scam her when it is obviously her the one that scammed me. You are welcomed to contact USPS and Payplay and they will be able to verify everything I'm stating is true.

    First off, we don’t use a platform called “PayPlay”. Secondly, Paypal closed the case in our favor because they called USPS and were able to verify that the package in question was not damaged in any way and was received at same same weight it was shipped at. If you continue to slander my business, I will not hesitate to file a formal police report for harassment. I have blocked you on social media because you are absolutely incessant and a scammer looking to destroy a small business’s reputation. As stated many times, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages as per our website policy. That is the customer’s responsibility. We did everything we could to check on the package for you, we went above and beyond and were told by Paypal that the package was delivered undamaged with no change to the package weight. All of our products are dropped off at an official USPS location, not sure why you are accusing us of mailing something from home as if it matters either way. The reason why Paypal closed the case in our favor is because they found fault with your accusations. I will gladly provide screenshots of all communication. Your messages are inaccurate, jumbled and don’t make sense. You actually tried telling Paypal a completely different tracking number and photo package in the claim / one that wasn’t even sent from us. You stated that you received a package with only one shirt in it, undamaged with no packing slip. The post office was able to verify for us that there was no sticker put on the package stating that there were any rips or damage done to your bag.
