This business is strictly collecting application fees. Before applying I ask a good amount of questions and was denied although despite having a credit score good enough for the property. This is not the first Ive heard that they have done thisReview from Vilma L

I should give them a zero but there is not option for this. This company send their own Maintenace or hired private companies and once the job is started and not completed, they will commit fraud and get the money from the tenants at all costs. The send a private company to do some plumbing job and the company left a hole on the wall and never came back to fix it now they are trying to steal $650 for a wall damage that they did and are trying to blame 2 young men of doing this damage. They should cancel for fraudulent charges. I have been back and forth, and they keep asking for proof because the young men trusted them and didn't make a report because they were the ones to open the door for this company to come in and do the job. Stay away from ******* Realty at all costs. ********************* has no customer service at all... And the whole team is behind all this fraud...They are hungry for money these properties are close to university and colleges do not let your kids rent from them please.*****************************************************************************************************************Review from BRIANNA C

If I could give this zero stars I would... I have rented a unit with Del Val Realty & Property Management since November 2020. I recently moved out as of November 2023 and they did not do a proper move-out inspection and inaccurately charged my account stating that trash and furniture was left in the apartment. There weren't even any charges pertaining to the condition of the apartment after I moved out. The unit was SPOTLESS when I moved out. I even cleaned the entire apartment prior to moving out. These people are crooks! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

We did withhold $885.33 - but it was for unpaid rent not any repairs or trash as she states
