Need to talk to someone in the office about my situation and contact number for business does not work

    Business response

    10/03/2023

We had a major power outage and it destroyed our phone system.  We are in the process of switching over to Verizon and with anything we had some set backs.

We still have email and temporary phone numbers.  This individual can reach her payee at ************ and email address is still *******************************.

I hope to get this totally fixed in the near future.

I have not receive a check since june 8 and i need to buy things now they don't want to send me a check now or give me my money

    Business response

    07/11/2022

    Good afternoon -

I spoke with Mr ******* ******** (*****'s father) today, July 11, 2022.  The issue seems to be that she is not receiving her spending checks when she should (2x month).  Originally, her mail was going to  * * *** ***** * *** *********** ** * ********** ** *****.  When ***** did not receive her scheduled check on June 15, 2022, her father requested I now send mail to her physical address at *** *** ***** *** * ******** * * ********** ** ***** - which we did for July.  Since ***** does not speak on the phone, I can only talk with her father.  I explained that she does not have the funds to send out a replacement check and that a Stop Payment would be a bank fee of 36.00 - which ***** did not want us to do. The only other option is to wait and see if any checks arrive to her address or are returned to us from the Post Office.  I explained all of this in great detail to Mr ********.

If you have any further questions, please reach out and I will be happy to assist you.
