    I ordered My hot tub 5 weeks ago it was delivered two days later and they forced my wife to sign a paper stating it was delivered however they never brought our steps or the cover lift and i have Called them daily they said it’s in and will be delivered and installed after all I paid for that service it’s been over a month now they continue to be a no call no show anytime they schedule an appointment with me to come over and bring my cover and steps this place has the worst customer service in the world stay away from them they will promise you the world and then not even come close to delivering I’m still waiting all this time later for my steps and cover

    I placed a $500 deposit on a hot tub on July 6, 2021. I was told delivery would be in November 2021. The delivery date then moved to December. When I called in December the delivery date was moved to April 2022. I called Hot Tub factory outlet in the beginning of May and they never called me back so i contacted the hot tub manufacturer on May 24th. They told me my hot tub was on the truck at the end of April and Hot Tub Factory Outlet should have received it so I contacted Hot Tub Factory Outlet 2 more times and both times the person I spoke to told me the sales person would call me back. I never heard from them. I have emailed them them 5 times starting on June 30th stating I wanted my deposit back. They have only emailed me back once on July 22nd saying that "we are waiting on a support call from their credit card processing company. The site isn't finding your transaction. We will process you refund as soon as we verify with the processor". I have emailed them proof from my credit union of the withdrawal and the confirmation # they gave me when I made the deposit. And I still haven't received my deposit back. I consider this fraud and theft. They took my money and never delivered the product. And frankly at this time I don't even want the hot tub. I do not want to deal with this business.
