I file for bankruptcy in 2021 and my lawyer gave me the name of a DPMC rep that could help me get my credit back on track. I'm from ********** and the contact info was for a military "drill sergeant" **** of personality that said all the good things in the beginning. After he received my initial paperwork and money, it was hard to get ahold of him for updates and when I did talk to him, he would beat around the **** about the results or where I was at in the process of getting things removed from my credit reports. After awhile, I just stopped reaching out and I never heard from them again. I was cleaning up and happen to come across some old paperwork from DMPC to realize that it has been after over a year, I still haven't received a call, message, or results from the the process. I no longer need their services but I wanted to make people aware of how unprofessional they are and the lack of help they actually provide.

    04/07/2023

April 7, 2023 Response to the BBB Review Filed by *************************** on March 22, 2023. No Formal Complaint was Filed with the BBB of South-Western PA.As ****************** stated in the Review, he did File Bankruptcy. But not in 2021. As Recorded in Public Records the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy was filed in March of 2020. Discharged in July of 2020. Bankruptcy is a Public Record and will be Reported to Three of the Four Credit Bureaus for Ten (10) Years. In Mr. ******** Case until February of ****. Creditor Account(s) Discharged up to Seven (7) Years. He was Legally Counseled by his ******** about these Consequences. He was also Required by Federal Law and Bankruptcy Code to Complete a Credit Counseling Course. He was Fully Aware of any Financial Consequences. We had no contact with him or any of his Creditors prior to the Bankruptcy. An Initial Contract was Signed on June 24, 2021 (4 Months). Retainer Amount Paid was $400.00 After a $100.00 Goodwill Credit/Discount during the Covid19 Pandemic. He also signed a Contract Extension (4 Months) from December 8, 2021 to April 8, 2022. By our Service Contract Terms and Conditions, he was required to Submit Four (4) ********************* ************* Experian, Equifax, Innovis), A Copy of Final Discharge of Debtor Letter, and the Bankruptcy Schedule(s) that Included all of his Discharged Debt(s). We have a Retainer Structure. We do not charge monthly fees. Services concluded on April 8, 2022. After he Submitted Two (2) Sets of updated/corrected credit report results, he was sent an Audit Report or (documented results) by E-Mail (PDF Document) and by U.S. Mail. Without revealing Creditor Name(s) the Documented Results were: ************ Three, (3) Debts Included in Bankruptcy (BK7) Deleted, ***************** Out Deleted / Experian, One, (1) Debt (BK7) Deleted and Fraud Alert Removed / Equifax Four (4) Debts (BK7) Deleted, Fraud Alert and Opt Out Deleted / Innovis, Two, (2) Debts (BK7) Deleted, Security Freeze and Fraud Alert Deleted. By Law the Bankruptcy remains until February ****. Personal Information was either verified, updated, or deleted if incorrect. Current and Previous Employer(s) were Updated. After receiving the Audit Report, ****************** stated in a phone consultation with me personally that he had expected us to Delete or Scrub the Bankruptcy Record from the Bankruptcy Courts Dockets. I advised him this was not a possibility and we do not engage in any illicit activity of that nature through our consulting services. He was not offered any additional contract extensions. This Feeling that he was Entitled to continued services beyond the Date(s) of the Contract and Contract Extensions Legal Timeframe (8 Months) is not Understood. Both Contracts Required a Signed and *********************** of ******** Authorization Affidavit for any Services to be Rendered. He was always fully aware of Contract Terms, Conditions and Duration Period(s). Recovering from Bankruptcy is a Gradual Process which happens over time. It can take up to a Minimum of 2-4 Years depending on Steady Income and other Personal Factors. A Consumer must eventually attempt to Re-establish Credit with New Creditor(s) and/or Lender(s). Most Creditors are not agreeable to extending credit after a previous Bankruptcy. Simply stated, You are High Risk. Also, we Do Not offer or sell Seasoned Trade-Lines or Authorized User Piggybacking accounts, and dont encourage this practice.****************** stated in the BBB Review that he Did Not Need our Services Anymore. That could possibly be perceived the ******************* Services were successful. If this is not the case, ****************** should contact a Non-Profit ************************* for Assistance. ******************, CEO DPMC Consulting / DPMCUSA LLC
