They sold me a car that they knew had a problem. I was told that the mechanic went over the car and any and all issues were fixed which was a bold face lie. They said they replaced the wiper blades which did not happen, they said they replaced 2 tires but the tires they put on the car were as bald as the ones they removed. The big problem is they said the car is sound and ready to go then 2 days later the Catalytic converter went bad and now I have a car I can't drive. My suggestion to anyone that is looking for a used car is to avoid this place at all cost.

I am not the one who gives bad reviews, but do not ever go to Auto4Sales in mount Pocono. Got the car, seemed like a great deal. Oh I was wrong. As i was driving home, the car started vibrating. I called and let him know and he said, the car was sitting for a while it needs some time.I was told to bring the car back for the inspection. I did bring it back and the phone call i got was that the car was no good ??. Then, he said “did you do anything to the car after you drove it off the lot?” which I explained the car was sitting in the driveway all weekend. When I was told to come in, he said the axle was broken. Tried to get me in another car, I said no, I am not interested in getting anything that’s there. He gave me my refund and sent me away. I thought everything was clear. Nope. I called the bank to make sure I am not responsible for a car loan that I no longer have. The bank informed me that the car was still on the loan and he did not contact them. I asked how long does it take to process when you return the car , the bank said immediately. I called him and he first said it will take until the end of the week. I said that’s not what the bank said and he said well they lied. Then proceeds to say “you are no longer a customer, so i will let you go” I’m sorry you don’t dismiss me. So I kept him on the phone until I got an answer for how long the process was. Still waiting to hear from the bank. They will sell you anything just to get it out of the lot and when you return it, they take 4-5 days to let the bank know you are no longer taking the loan. This man is a liar! Do not believe anything he says. When I filed a report, they had mentioned this is not the first time they have had a complaint similar to mine.
