    On March 24, 2022, I received an estimate from Daniel of Green Clean Carpet after calling ###-###-####. A gentleman named Daniel came to my home to give said estimate. I received an estimate of $568.00 to clean four areas of carpet to include my steps). The cost per the estimate for the carpet cleaning was $268.00. Additionally, I received an estimate to have three areas of existing carpet stretched, as the carpets developed small waves that needed to be corrected. The cost per the estimate for the carpets to be stretched was $300.00. The work was scheduled for April 8, 2022. the technician who provided me the estimate on March 24, 2022 (Daniel) arrived to complete the work. On April 8, 2022, the work performed was satisfactory and I paid the gentleman in full with cash. In late June 2022, I observed a large wrinkle in my main living room, where the area had just been stretched on March 24, 2022. I did not observe any further wrinkling. On July 22, 2022, I phoned Green Clean Carpet. A man answered the phone who was quite rude. I related the issue I was having with an area of carpet repaired by the company on April 8, 2022. Initially, the man attempted to schedule a service call to rectify the situation. The man put me on a brief hold, and when he came back on the line, stated he spoke with his boss who said the repair was out of warranty. I asked what the warranty clause stated in regards to time frame of when services were rendered, and I was told three months, then four months. Subsequently, I asked to speak with the gentleman's supervisor, and was told in no uncertain terms he was not available, and would not be in until at least August 26 or 27, 2022. I indicated this answer was not satisfactory, and I wanted resolution or a copy of their warranty for services rendered, as there is no information on the invoice I received when in Paid in full after services were rendered. The man I spoke with, once again was rude, and very unhelpful to my situation

    we make sure to service our customers to the best of our ability, company warranty policy on carpet repair/stretch is 2 months (and not 3 as you mention)

    we complete the job in your house at 4/08/2022 and you called us to complained on 7/22/2022 which is more then 3 months later. 

    we also offer you to schedule an appointment to come check it out and give you a free estimate at no cost.
