8/11/23 I picked my car up from Nissan of the Main Line. They had my car for a week because I got a number of repairs done including 2 new front tires. 8/31/23 while I was driving my front left tire came off! The technician failed to make sure the tire was bolted on tight. I immediately called the dealership & spoke with Mike the service mgr & he sent out a tow company to pick up my vehicle. The police came took a report & sat behind my car until the tow truck came because I was on a very busy road with no shoulder & I was almost hit a few times because it was hard to see my 4 way flash due to the sun. After my car was towed I went to the ER, then had to go back to the ER 2 days later because I was in so much head, neck&back pain. 9/1/23 Nissan bought me a loaner car and when I spoke with Mike & Ted the general mgr they both failed to take accountability for their negligence. Ted actually said when the tire is loose it comes off around 100-150 miles & he tells the customer to pull over & sends a tow truck, so this negligence happens OFTEN. And Ted had the audacity to say children in my neighbor may have loosen the nuts on my tire? I was offended because he only said that because I'm black and live in Chester. Mike & Ted both called me with different scenarios as to what could have cause my tire to come off. Nissan is reluctantly making repairs to my car but won't paint my car, so when I get my car back you will be able to tell which parts are new. When I spoke with Mike about them painting the entire car he was EXTREMELY rude and said your car is 2008 & already had some peeling clear coat. His attitude was as if I did something to him personally. So what I had some peeling clear coat, Nissan should paint my car rather than having me ride around in a 2 toned car. The danger they put my family and myself in is unacceptable. And they're giving me attitude. I could have died, image if I was on the express way. I wish I could insert pictures.
