In order to maintain our exceptionally low prices, as well as the quality of our watches, most timepieces purchased from the Manufacture (except when marked "Final Sale") may be returned in their original, unused condition, within 7 days of original delivery date for a refund. We refund the customer in full with the same method that the payment was received less our shipping cost. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. There is no return policy for special orders. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please email or call us prior to returning your item, for a return authorization number.
