I volunteer for a local non-profit 501c3 animal rescue called The ****** ******* (**************************************). Recently our rescue had a young Saint Bernard named *** surrendered by his owners being that they could no longer care for him. *** went in to a foster home and started exhibiting some negative behaviors, so we attempted to find breed specific resources. We found the ***** ******* *********************** and were able to connect with a **************************** ************* ******************* who is the PA contact listed on the ***** ******* ****** website (************************************). I and the president of the rescue reached out to ****. **** recommended *************************** with Lehigh Valley Dog Training & Behavior. I personally contacted **** and spoke with her about the situation. She recommended we get him out of the foster home and in to a kennel local to her (*****************************) so she could work with him over a two week period while he was staying at the kennel. **** also informed me that the kennel charges $25 a day and that her training fee was between $600-$800 for the two weeks depending on how difficult *** was to train. I booked the kennel starting 7/16/2023, and shared this info with the president of our rescue. **** wanted to meet *** before the 7/16/2023 drop-off, so the foster drove him over an hour out to meet **** for a consultation on 7/14/2023. Prior to this consultation **** told the president of the rescue to send $600 in two different $300 payments via ******. Once the consultation took place **** was unable to control ***, and based on videos taken potentially put the foster at risk of injury during meet. **** was not qualified to handle training, but refuses to return the $600 payment, and is now claiming that is her fee for the consultation, which was never communicated. We are a non-profit and would never be able to afford a $600 consult. Money needs to be returned since services were not provided.

I contact Gueen to train my puppy (pitbull) she said was 600 hundred dollars for training, after changing my appointment twice finally met her with my puppy. 2 hours we were in her house (my puppy and me) 45 minutes was asking me about my daughters dogs (pitbull) told me my puppy was going to have behavior problem because she is a pitbull, 20 her puppy playing with my puppy, and 3 times I took my puppy out for pee, and 15 minutes telling me how to get to the park where they meet if I want to go. At the end of the meeting she said 640 20 dollars for the colar and 20 for a small chain which is part of the training! I never told her I needed a behaviorist I needed a trainer. Well came to find out $600 was for only that consultation, I asked her for my money back because I am not paying $600 to go to the park with 25 others dog for an hour when they only go around circles. I explain to her I thought was for private training sections until my puppy was train and she is refusing to give me at least 600 hundred since I told her I will pay for the colar and chain even if I dont need it, we been back and forth texting and is not working. Our meeting was Thursday night 3/17/2022 we never agreed for $600 hundred for consultation, $20 for a chain and $20 for a colar for an hour checking out what my puppy can do, and an hour telling me my puppy down the road may or may not have behaving problem. All I want is my money refund it for lack of service. Never sign any contract with service rendered
