            I'm paying for high-speed internet service and not getting it. It down all the time. I'm paying for 100 megabytes second and getting about 25. It's down almost every day. I'm at the end of the line and they don't want to fix the problem. They r using the old cables from the old cable company that **** bought out. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. **** *****

            Internet has been down since Dec 20, 2024. Almost 2 weeks with no update on when it will get back up. Still getting charged though.

            This company is a fraud. Owned by the son of a cable giant who was convicted of fraud. I can't get any internet or service out of them. They have left a wire laying across the street for over a week and nobody has internet here. The wire is shredded from being ran over. Such a joke. All the employees are so shameless.

            I have had really bad service over the last year. It was out almost as much as it was on. Trying to disconnect took several days to get a hold of the right department. I was transferred 6 times and was told to call back in 15 minutes, after I had already been on the line for over 40 minutes. I tried the email but it said the recipient wasn't valid. I got the email off of thier website. I tried to message and all I got is they could not help me as that wasn't their department (diconnect). When I called back I am pretty sure it was the man who told me to call back in 15 minutes. I asked to be disconnected and refunded for the week I recently did not have service. He said they probably wouldn't refund me but he would put in the request and it would only be $10. It should have been over $20 due to that being a 4th of my bill. I have been with **** for over 1 1 years. The service wasn't always the best but in the beginning customer service was always very helpful. Over the last year the customer Service has been very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company. This is only the 2nd time I have ever written a BBB review in over 25 years, but I feel like **** is no longer a company that is about helping their customers.

            Customer disservice is a joke. They read from a script and refuse to escalate issues to supervisors or manager. My issue was a misapplied payment from 2022. After sending proof of payment on several occasions, still getting past due notices and threats of collections. One star is too much.

            I've had Zito for 5 years and had nothing but issues. If I could give a 0 star I would. We've had nothing but outages most of the year. Currently we've been 3 months without internet with no real progress and barely any answers. I'm so over there services. No one do business with them. I'm stuck with them or I'd be leaving.

            Absolutely terrible! We don't have many internet options in our area. **** was okay, but recently we had lots of outages so decided to make the switch to ********. Called **** on 10/4 to cancel. After being placed on hold several times for retention, they are apparently the only ones who can cancel, they suggested I call back. Fine, called back 10/7, and I got the same run around trying to cancel. **************** blamed the busyness in retention due to the hurricane. *insert eye roll* At this point I was annoyed, and asked them to remove my payment info. Forgot about it dealing with day-to-day life, and received a statement, then a collections email. So, I called back on 11/11 to deal with it. FINALLY, get through to retention to cancel my account. They want me to pay for the last 6 weeks when I was using their service. NO WAY! She can't help me with a credit and transfers me back to ****************. ** says they took care of it, but we shall see. The call on 11/11 took me an hour!! Unreal!!! Between all 3 phone calls, I lost 2 hours to this ridiculousness!

            I have had Zito for Internet for four years. It has never worked properly. Today is the second time that I was told that a Tech was coming and given a two hour window, and nobody showed up. The appointment was made a week ago, and confirmed by Zito on Saturday that they were infact coming today, Monday, to install fiber internet. About 30 minutes after the two hour window was up, that they were supposed to show up by, I called and was lied to. The customer service agent told me they had been by and checked and had determined that it's not available at my address. Nobody called to say the appointment was cancelled. In fact, I had called last week not to upgrade to fiber, but to complain that my Internet has really bad packet loss, upwards of 20% on average. The rep I spoke to then told me to hold while he checked with the fiber installers to see if they could do my house. He came back on the line and set the appointment for today. I'm positive that Zito Media has no clue what's going on within their own company. I think it must be dark and not smell very good where their collective heads are.

            Zito Media left main cable TV lines exposed in three locations in the ******* ***************** in ************, **. Despite repeated attempts to have pedestals installed to protect the cabling, **** has been unresponsive. There is liitle/ no evidence that **** is responsible to its employees or its customers. For example, when I visited the local **** office in ************, ** at *******************, in late Oct. ******************************************************************************************** her office. She is currently using a cell phone to conduct business.When I visited with a **** cabling technician at one of the cable bundles on the same day in Oct. 2024, he reported that **** is typically more responsive to their customers; however, I am a member of the *********************** (***) at ********************, not a **** customer, and there lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their commitment to support and services. Requested resolution: Zito Media installs pedestals to the exposed, exterior cabling in the ****************************** as soon as possible. ******* *.
