I ordered two dresses (same style - different sizes) from website. Totally ripped off. No conformation email. NO dresses. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no luck. Out $128!! Also filed a claim with BBB.

I ordered three dresses to be a bridesmaid because I was unsure of their sizing. I received the dresses and promptly returned two of them in December 2021. I was issued full refunds only to be charged for one of them April 2022. I’ve made repeated attempts to resolve this and have provided the tracking information several times over proving they received both packages. I’ve called and emailed and been told “someone will get back to you in 48-72 business hours” and then never hear back. They practice predatory business practices hoping you run out of patience to get your money back. I filed a claim with my credit card and they fought it and the charge went through for a dress they have back and have probably sold so they’ve now been paid for their product twice over. Do not support this business

The customer service offered by BHLDN is deplorable. I ordered a bridesmaids dress in two sizes because I am in between sizes on their recommended sizing chart and am unable to go to a store in person to try on a dress. One dress arrived and the other was scheduled to arrive about a week later. When the second size arrived it was obviously the wrong order as it was the complete wrong size, color, and dress that I ordered. I reached out to the 24/7 chat online and was told by Veronica that my original purchase was back ordered an additional 2 months. I followed up with an email and coincidentally was connected with another “Veronica” who said the same thing. I am not expecting a dress to be materialized from thin air but I was upset that because of BHLDN’s mistake I would be unable to have both sizes and asked if they could extend the return date for the other dress. Additionally, I directly asked if I returned the incorrect dress, that I would receive a refund for the dress I ordered and not the one I received as there is an ~$80 price difference. I received absolutely no response and just had a return label emailed to me. When I filled out the online survey there was nowhere to leave a response on the service I received. BHLDN has created a system where they provide terrible service for subpar dresses and refuse to give their customers a place to express their returns. I would honestly never purchase from this company if my friend did not require it. The “customer service” is completely unprofessional and basically just another avenue for this pathetic company to continue to scam their customers out of more time and money.

Absolute nightmare to deal with their customer service. The storefront was so cute and the consultants were extremely nice. Do not buy your dress here. Had such a headache with them recharging for the same stuff to my bank. Then they didn’t switch the billing address when we switched payment methods despite me explicitly giving the new payment method. If it’s too late for you, I recommend calling the storefront vs the corporate number.

Their sizing chart is so off and you’ll pay shipping costs (not refundable) until you get one that fits. It’s off by two dress sizes, they run big. I think this is super scammy considering it should be straight forward measurements. They also didn’t communicate to me that my dress was back ordered, I waited about two weeks and it was only after I reached out to follow up was I told the dress was on back order. Avoid this company like the plague. And don’t subject your bridesmaids to having to deal with this bs. I’ve had to spend 600+ dollars only trial and errror
