I spent $211.34 on 2 tickets for the ******************* concert on Friday, July 28th as a gift for somebody. As it got closer to 8pm the scheduled time for ******************* to come on the opener kept playing songs and it was then announced that there would be a rain delay and the National Weather Service declared a severe thunderstorm warning and the stadium told us to seek shelter in the concourse. After nearly 2 hours of hearing nothing and employees of the venue doing last call on drinks and repeatedly telling us it was canceled we as well as probably hundreds of others left the venue as there was still lightning and we were told everytime lightning struck it was another 45 minutes until he could preform at this point it was 10:30 and multiple employees included guest services told us that he was not going to preform tonight as they are not allowed on stage past 11:30. We walked out of the stadium and arrived home to hear from others that ******************* was on stage at preforming however he didnt not perform his full set

We waited 2 hours to park for a show that we were told was canceled due to lightening. Lincoln Financial field is refusing to give us a credit or our money back. We spent 4 hours in the car for nothing. Monster Jam at Lincoln Financial field was our kids big Easter present and cost us over $200.

The Lincoln Financial Field *********************** received an email from the customer requesting a refund on April 25.  A representative immediately followed up with a phone call to the customer on April 25 and confirmed that ********************** received the request and would start the process of determining whether a refund could be offered.  Lincoln Financial Field confirmed that the customer's refund was processed on April 28, which should resolve this complaint.  If there are any further questions, please ask the customer to reach out directly to **********************.

Good evening. Purchase date: 4/12/2022 Event date: 4/16/2022 I bought tickets for Monster Jam in ************, the show was held at the Lincoln Financial Field. We got to the city with more than enough time to deal with the expected high traffic. However there was no one directing any traffic, people were driving on sidewalks and it was a complete mess. There were plenty of people standing around in safety vests but not a single person actually directing or helping the traffic. Once we finally got parked after 2.5 hours, and a hour past the start of the event, we got to the gates to be denied entry because of a storm. Another attendant told us to just head home because it was about to be called as postponed. Well it never was and the show continued a half hour later but we were already turned away. We spent over $270 on tickets and parking for absolutely nothing at this point and we have an extremely disappointed child. I want refund for the money completely wasted
